The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Quiet, child-friendly surroundings. Large plot, with trampoline, swings and fireplace. The house and furnishings are being renovated. We have upgraded the terrace with several m2. And we have built another terrace. There is a 3-person canoe for use. 2 km to child-friendly beach, shopping opportunities and mini-golf course, as well as several good restaurants. Lejligheden ligger nedenunder i huset. Værtsfamilien bor på 1. salen ovenpå. Lejligheden har dobbeltseng og plads til to gæster.
