Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Karpathos

We had a nice, comfortable stay at the apartment. The place is nicely decorated and the bed is very comfortable. We overall enjoyed our time there and we hope to come back again :)

Irene is an absolute superhost. She has a good feel for her guests, their interests and was always very approachable. Everything was as described, very clean, comfortable, welcoming. The beach on the doorstep is fantastic. We will keep the time in very good memory. Thank you Irene for the great stay.

We had a beautiful vacation in Karpathos for a week and main reason except for the amazing beaches is Ritas house as well as Ritas positive attitude during our stay. At first we were thinking to find accommodation in the main town (Pigadia) and then we found Aeri Villa on airbnb,but were thinking that it would be a long drive to the town center,yet we took the best decision ever:location was super peaceful next to Ritas olive grove and with a seaview.Appartment felt 100% like at home,recently renovated,fully equipped with brand new electric appliances plus three wonderful beaches at walking distance on windy days.Thank you Rita for your kindness and warm support during our stay.Will definitely recommend and try to return next year!

All communication was great. We arrived at night and had no problem finding the place. It is about a 15 minute walk to central part of boardwalk/town for restaurants and cafes etc. There is large hill on way back from town to accommodation in case you have mobility issues. The place has a beautiful deck facing the sea which we basically spent all our time. Great to have clothes drying rack and good washing machine with detergent. Bathrooms were both clean. Upstairs bathroom had a drain that overflowed if you run water to long. Hot water was plentiful, cold was filtered (a nice touch). Parking space was right out front. LInens and towels were fine. Host provided a bowl of fruit at arrival which was a nice touch. Also provided nice beach blankets which were great! The host was so very kind, helpful, funny and always interested in our day and gave us good tips. Her husband was pleasant too. There were three of us travelling and staying here was great. We recommend this place wholeheartedl

Beautiful cozy apartment with an amazing view over Finiki Beach! Finiki is probably one of the most „greek“ and authentic places i‘ve ever been to! Just enjoy the atmosphere and relax. The host was very friendly and everything matched the description. You can easily park your car and reach the beach and the lovely restaurants by foot! We will definitely come back next year!

I stayed 4 nights at Thea. The place is a little house facing the sea on the west side of Olympos. It’ extremely clean and perfectly equipped for a long stay. The very must is the balcony with an amazing view on Olympos, the mountains and wide open sea. Olympos is one of these miraculous places in Greece which is still almost unspoiled by tourism. The village in the mornings and evenings, when the daily tourists are away, is very quiet, with a few family tavernas. If you are a hiker, it’s a dream place, with dry landscapes and vertiginous mountains falling into the sea. You can also explore the seashore from the quiet little harbour of Diaphani, 15 min by car from Olympos. I hope to be back next year, for a longer stay, and I will definitely try and rent again Fotini’s place.

We had a great stay, relaxing, quiet. The house is very comfortable with all the amenities you need. The frontline view of sunsets is a privilege. First city very close. Sonia was always there to give us all the information we needed for the proper functioning of the house, and good advice for beaches and restaurants... and for cat lovers, we had the company of one, it seems accustomed , little cat with her three adorable babies!!!

We had a great stay (7 days) in this little cocoon carefully decorated by antique objects or chosen with great taste. Quite small spaces are optimized to the maximum, however you have to be flexible to bed/get up;-)) since the bed fits right into its space!! but it was good. Comfortable, cozy seating area. Well-equipped kitchen with washing machine and large fridge. We were just missing an oven (staying several days on an island, we like to stay quiet in the evening and dine at home). The terrace is just great: equipped with comfortable benches (one for everyone!), a nice table made with an old door painted white, nice wooden furniture and rope that changes plastic chairs! ( and yes I am very attached to pretty things - professional training- ) we see the sunrise behind a hill, it is perfectly sheltered because the meltem has blown often. Thanks for the stay.

Beautifully located above the great beach of Kyra Panagia, the location is breathtaking! Beach within walking distance via a few steps. Large terrace, where you can enjoy the view and the sound of the sea in the evening! Very nice hosts, who were always easily accessible and very flexible with the arrival and departure times! Great starting point for exploring the entire island by rental car.

the apartment is very comfortable with a beautiful terrace overlooking the bay of Finiki overlooking the bay of Finiki. Perhaps the cutest village on the island with great restaurants. The owner and his whole family are very very hospitable and kind.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nikos place! Thank you very much for everything! I stayed alone with my twins ( 6 years old) and we had enough space for all of us. The apartment has literally everything that one might need, fully equipped good kitchen, everything clean and tidy. The coffee in the morning on the balcony with a view over the small beach was very much enjoyed. Nikos is extremely helpful, friedly and very kind. He proactively asked whether we need anything, helped with a lot of other things, so I could not be more grateful and thankful. Finiki is a very quite and peaceful location, it was perfect for me with the children, cause the apartment is just across the small beach ( almost no traffic). But you need a car to get some groceries or simply explore the island. Thank you Nikos one more time for all your hospitality and kindness. Genuily appreciated!

Beautiful house and a beautiful location, will be going back !

Probably the best view and terrace in Karpathos! When we were there (May) the sun was shining on the terrace från morning until about 18. Close to the beach, many supermarkets and restaurants, and parking is very easy to find nearby. Stefanos was very helpful when there was a misunderstanding with our booking, and everything was resolved without issue. Highly recommended!

The apartment was absolutely lovely, equipped with everything one might need and spotless clean. We even got water and biscuits upon arrival. Antonia and his mother were always available. For us ship lovers the ideal view on the harbour was a highlight. I'd come here again anytime

The home was very thoughtful and comfortable, with fantastic views and in a beautiful spot. Maria was very helpful and communicative, helping with everything we needed!

Excellent hospitality from Mrs. Victoria and Mr. George! We felt at home and even better! The house is spacious, spotless with wonderful decoration and fully equipped with emphasis on the smallest detail!! We highly recommend it!!

I booked Anesis apartment for my business trip and it was a great choice. A spacious living room with a functionally furnished kitchenette, with a large fridge and space to comfortably prepare meals. There are two separate bedrooms with modern bathrooms, comfortable furniture, clean linens. The owner even equipped the apartment with a washing machine. The advantage is the balcony from which you can see the sea, as well as always available parking space. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the center. Stelianna, who welcomed the apartment, was very friendly and could always be contacted efficiently. I look back on this place!

The apartment was exactly like the photos and the swimming pool, even better than the photos. Marina responded very quickly and was extremely helpful and kind. The place is a few minutes' walk from all the action but incredibly quiet at night. Overall, I highly recommend it!!!

Marina’s place is wonderful. Beautiful little apartment, perfect for one or two people. Marina has excellent communication and let’s you set whether or not you would prefer more or less of it (or none at all)! She and her husband were very attentive to a small issue with the shower which was resolved literally within minutes, and they even made a Greek specialty with Karpathian honey on one of my days there - what a nice treat! My only caveat is that the pool in the photos is not actually included in this condo, and I was a bit surprised to find this out when I arrived as this is the reason I booked it. Nonetheless, Marina spoke to the person in the other unit (they share the balcony space), and they were happy to share the pool. While everything else was great, this meant what I thought was a pool just for myself was actually a shared space with someone else. Everything else was wonderful and I would still stay here again! It’s close to the city center without being so close as to be noisy at night, though there are a lot of stairs as Karpathos is a very vertical island! Thanks Marina!

We were there only for one night but we could imagine us there for much longer this place is amazing it has everything what you need and the view is awesome. Looking forward to this apartment when we come back to Karphatos :)

Daniel's apartment was perfect for our 8 day stay. We originally were booked for 6 days, but decided to extend our stay another two! The location was great- within two blocks of the main restaurant strip, but tucked away enough to enjoy peaceful sunsets on the balcony. We liked the layout of the apartment so much we took notes to bring back to New York. Daniel (and Denisa) are great hosts, and responded quickly with any answers to our questions. It was really the ideal stay, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. We recommend this stay to everyone who intends to visit Karpathos.
