This amazing property has beautiful swimming pool to rejuvenate after day's sightseeing . Water is crystal clear. Also peaceful surroundings makes this places great in value. Also food ordered through tie up restaurant was of good quality for both veg & non veg members as we were 12 guests . This is best location for family trip i must say to enjoy .Akhil is a good host & we will definitely come here again .

The accommodations offered a delightful retreat. A refreshing pool provided a relaxing space to unwind. Indoor card games were also available for entertainment. The thoughtful amenities enhanced our stay. We truly appreciate the comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The place is very private and discrete in its location. If you are looking for someplace to chill by a private pool space , this is just the right spot . Its whole terrace with pool an amenities thats good for a private party, the rooms are basic but good . 2 bedrooms may sleep 6 . Host is very understanding and helpful. The house help is around. Very secure as the lower floor access is controlled via auomated locks and can only be opened from inside. Very safe

Great place for a relaxed and laid back vacation, especially if you are with a family. The location is decent and can be accessed quickly from the highway. However, it is a little away from Udupi city (expected) which makes accessing restaurants a little difficult. We found a good option at the toll gate (Mayura) which is 2km away. There's a ferry terminal 5min away from the property using which you can cross over to the beach nearby (even with your car) and I'd totally recommend this. The property manager recommended this and we totally enjoyed the experience. We didn't use the pool at the property since it was almost always raining when we got there. It was a little dirty with fallen leaves because of the rain but the caretaker cleaned it up as soon as we arrived. The caretaker was extremely helpful as well. Overall, we enjoyed the experience. We did feel like the price could be slightly lower than what we paid in Airbnb but it's not bad.

I booked this Airbnb for my wedding and reception near Kundapura, and the host was exceptional. Though the space is meant for 5–6 guests, he graciously accommodated two separate groups of family and friends on different days. He took care of everything seamlessly, without needing any follow-up. A truly thoughtful and reliable host — definitely a superhost!

first of all, this location is great. not very far from city, yet feels like serene village. the property is great to spend time with family. lot of old trees, fruit archards, and wild peacocks. the owners also stay next door, and take care of the property and the guests well. highly recommended.

A fantastic stay in Mysore! Ajit’s place is clean, peaceful, and perfectly located—just 5 km from Mysore Palace and close to everything you need. The garden area with swings was a delightful touch—not just for kids, we enjoyed it too! What really impressed us was Ajit’s well-written article on medium with thoughtful local recommendations; it helped us plan our visit better and explore beyond the usual spots. The house was exactly as described, and Ajit was a responsive and helpful host throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, central yet calm stay in Mysore. Words will fall short of how tastefully the property was done, from the structure to the interiors. The place was so clean and peaceful. The Jacuzzi and Projector set up was a very nice touch. My fur babies had an amazing time chasing each other in the beautifully spacious and green garden. Food included was yummy as well. The location of the property itself is so serene, letting you reconnect with the nature. Overall an amazing experience and will definitely to all family and friends.

Ave Maria was exactly how it is looking in the photos. Quiet location. near to the daily items shops. Rooms are a bit smaller but that's fine. They are well maintained, clean bathrooms, spacious kitchen. My family felt comfortable immediately.. The caretaker Basvaraj was also friendly. I would certainly recommend this one my friend circle.

The property itself is located in a calm and convenient area, making it easy to explore Kolhapur while also enjoying some peace and quiet. The only area of improvement I would suggest is the breakfast. While the efforts of host to arrange the breakfast is appreciated, it could use alot more flavor and variety to enhance the overall stay

A peaceful nature escape near Kudle Beach 🌿 We stayed here for 2 nights, and it was such a serene experience. The location is just a 5-minute walk from Kudle Beach through a narrow path — make sure to carry a torch if you’re heading out at night! The area is surrounded by lush fields and beautiful flowers, creating a peaceful, nature-filled atmosphere. The house is actually a charming little hut — so beautiful that words don’t do it justice. It has two cozy rooms and a shared bathroom. While there’s no WiFi or AC, which might be a dealbreaker for some, it was honestly hard to leave! With those additions, I would’ve stayed longer. There’s about a 100-meter walk from the parking lot to the hut, but the host kindly helped us with our endless luggage, which we really appreciated. Speaking of hosts — Seeta and Shiva are absolutely lovely. Such a friendly and welcoming couple, and the rooms were clean and well kept.
