This was my third stay at this place, and I spent about 2 weeks here. I keep coming back for good reason! The hosts are incredibly kind and cordial, and the room's cleanliness and the entire building is excellent. The location is great - well connected to major restaurants, hospitals, and bar-kitchens. One of my favorite perks is being able to pre-order home-cooked meals from the caretaker's family. The room itself has all the basic amenities you need, with a comfortable single bed and plenty of natural light and ventilation. It's the perfect cozy retreat for solo travelers like me! A major bonus is having access to the entire rooftop right outside the room! The hosts are always ready to help in any way possible, which makes the stay even more comfortable and worry-free.Will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

This was by far my favourite Airbnb and I really wish I had stayed longer. The moment you walk in, you know the place is built with love and care, it was so cosy and warm. Beautiful interiors and stunning view of the city. All amenities are in place and everything is well thought of. We loved the accommodation. Neha was very cooperative and responsive through out our stay. The flat was exactly as shown in the images. The area is super cool, peaceful, surrounding with nature, Zomato, swiggy, zepto etc all are available to deliver at door step. The entire place was clean and had all the necessary amenities available for use. It was on 7th floor so view from balcony was superb and in monsoon it looks very good enjoying the fresh air. Overall great experience and I would love to stay again.

Very responsive host and lovely maintenance of the room as well. The studio apartment is very cosy and well naturally lit. And we had a very peaceful time.

We had an excellent 30-day stay. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive. The gym and pool were top-notch, with respectful and attentive coaches. The proximity to the Leela Hotel allows guests to use its restaurants and bars. Likewise, the proximity to Bhartyria City Mall, which has a private entrance to the residence, is very convenient. Finally, Mr. Smriti was an excellent Host.

This property is worth the price. Property was very clean and had all amenities as mentioned. I felt like at home. Aiyaz also came to visit us. He is too helpful and very responsive. Will surely visit his property again.

Wonderful, clean place for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in hyderabad. Similar cost to most hotels in the area but includes a kitchen, hot tub and balcony space. The team were very patient and friendly to myself and my friend also staying with me.

Such a lovely and spacious apartment. It’s a spotless space. Very clean and tidy. Ample living room space. All the 3 rooms are neat and comfortable. Everyday cleaning is included in the cost. The best part of the entire deal is the amazing park inside the compound. Highly recommend.

Lovely decor and comfortable stay. Also, it’s close to the old town charm of Hyderabad, Charminar and other popular spots is at a 30 mins drive from this Airbnb. Ismail uncle as the host, was of great assistance with everything and very accommodating. We had a lovely stay.
