Old Brewhouse at Agdatorps Manor

The brewhouse at Agdatorp is probably the farm's oldest house dating from the 18th century. It is newly renovated to a guest cottage with two bedrooms, bathroom, big kitchen and patio, all in the old farm core with nice views to the west. The house is wintery and heated with air pump, oil element and floor heating in the bathroom. There's also a wood-burning fireplace for extra cozy heat, too. The house is located countryside with walking distance to forest and swimming lake. The archipelago with excursion destination is only a few kilometers away with a car.

The archipelago boat takes you back and forth to the World Heritage Site Karlskrona or to the golf course at Trummenäs or why not at the end of the archipelago. An evening swim from the cliffs with only the sun and the sea in the fund. A simple cozy home with retracted filtered water and washing machine. Organic toilet in separate building and separate inside. Big grass grass for ball games. In addition to sleeping cabin for the smaller ones.

En mysig liten stuga precis i vattenkanten med brygga från tomten, glasveranda och stort verandadäck med utsikt över havsviken. Stugan har ett sovrum med dubbelsäng på nedre våningen och en 120cm-säng på loftet plus plats för extra madrasser för barn att sova på. Det går även att göra om soffan till en mindre dubbelsäng. Stor gräsmatta, bastu, roddbåt och brygga finns på tomten. Har du egen båt kan du lägga i den från tomtens båtramp. Unikt läge med allt som behövs för en underbar semester!

A charming cottage by the sea with a terrace facing the south. The terrace is furnished with a lounge set and bbq. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bath room with shower and incineration toilet. The living includes access to a small sand beach, a sauna and a pier with a floating dock for relax and bath. On the ground we have our main house and also free-range chickens and a wonderful cat. Our cottage was once the Blacksmith’s of Kristianopel, but in the 70s my parents converted it to our summerhome. Now it is an all year round home with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The village of Kristianopel is very attractive in the summer with its interesting history, beautiful scenery and a couple of restaurants and cafés. You can reach the village walking for 10 minutes on the main road. Perfect spot for excursions to Karlskrona and its archipelago, Kalmar, the island of Öland etc.

The house, which has been completely renovated in recent years, is perfect for the family of children or for golfing, fishing or outdoor enthusiasts.
