Swimming at private dock 300 m from the house. Karlskrona can be reached in 20 minutes via car or commuter boat. Large awnings and AC provide comfortable temperature inside. Wifi, unlimited data. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Outdoor kitchen with sink, barbecue and roast stove. Bedlinen and towels are not included. Cleaning is done by the guest.

Dates 19-23/6 are rented only to family with children. No party room. Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. 180m2 of living space. One bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with 120cm bed as well as one bedroom with 90cm bed. There is also an inflatable mattress and travel bed(spjälsäng). Large dining table indoors, large patio with barbecue and dining area. 120m2 parking. Close to Golf, padel and swimming area. Choose from a bus or archipelago boat that will take you downtown Karlskrona.

Large villa with lovely socializing areas. A floor house with several living areas, including a large playroom for children and young people. Three bedrooms on the top floor along with a newly renovated bathroom. There are extra beds in the TV room and a secluded bedroom in the bottom level. Large wind sheltered patio with nice plantings provides a cosy and calm framing. The west facing patio also has good barbecue possibilities. The garden also has a treehouse with a slide and trampoline.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Här finns en panoramautsikt över Karlskrona skärgård. Boendet har direkt tillgång till strand o brygga samt innergård och gräsytor. Stället ligger ca 300m från ett helt fantastiskt naturreservat där man kan vandra runt längs en stig. Boendet är rymligt med ett stort badrum med två duschar och stort badkar. Tvättstuga med dusch samt två separata WC. Köket o vardagsrummet har öppen planlösning för trevligt umgänge här finns även två diskmaskiner.

Welcome to our villa! The house is in a quiet residential area, but with only minutes from the European road between Kalmar and Malmö. In a few minutes you also reach central Ronneby, supermarkets, shopping areas, Brunnsparken and Ronneby well. In ten minutes, you can get to the sea. Sleeps five people, but extra sleeping on sofa, daybed or mattress. In the summer months you can barbecue on the patio and in winter enjoy a fire in the living room.

Stort hus med lyxig känsla precis vid havet i soligt sydvästläge! Njut av lugnet, ta ett dopp vid stranden precis nedanför eller tänd grillen och stanna kvar vid poolen och och låt kvällssolen värma. Ett lugnt område med många fina promenadvägar och utflyktsmål i närheten. Lockar staden så ligger boendet ca 15 minuter med bil från Karlskrona city.
