Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. One double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 persons. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also space for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, water boiler, coffee maker. TV and Wifi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of 200 SEK for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to carry out a fine cleaning before you check out.

Approximately 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross country tracks, bathhouse, bike trails and Dalarna college. 3 min drive to the city center and grocery stores.

Cozy and quiet cottage with incredible views. Nice hosts, the forest as a neighbor, everything you need is just a couple of minutes drive down the hill, and perfectly located between the sights in Falun and around Siljan. And had I already mentioned that the views are absolutely incredible? :-)

We stayed at Erik's place for a Friday - Sunday in June during Falu Summer Cup (soccer). We were two adults and a 12-year-old. We were greeted by Erik and his wife who were very nice and showed us around the accommodation. It really is a nice place to stay! It's so cozy and quiet. Erik explained the walk to the beach (at "bathrobe distance"). The sofa is large and comfortable to sleep on (the 12-year-old slept well). Great and nice kitchen area with everything needed to be able to cook. All windows had roller blinds, which was a big plus as it was really sunny and summer heat this weekend - we could have them down during the day so it was cool and nice when we got back in the evening. Luxurious that it included bed linens and towels! We would love to come back here again :)

What a place! First, the neighborhood where the accommodation is located is completely magical and idyllic. It was easy to find and parking was a bit away if the street was full. The accommodation itself was absolutely perfect, we were at a soccer cup so we knew we wouldn't spend so much time in the accommodation itself, but we sat and had a Friday night on the couch and logged into our own Netflix and had a great time. Very nice with the sleeping area that felt like you were entering a hut and lying in very comfortable beds with freshly made sheets! So affordable compared to hotels and the service and communication with Juhani and Åsa was so smooth! Waking up in bright sunshine and a smoking fresh DN is outside the door, which did not lower the rating either! STAY HERE!

Fantastically nice accommodation right next to Lake Varpan, where you could enjoy the sunset from the accommodation and the jetty. Comfortable beds, pillows, and duvets. Large nice bathroom with washing machine, which was a big plus as we stayed a whole week. Zandra and Fredrik are super nice and accommodating. Always responded quickly to messages and questions. We truly felt at home.
