Vacation rentals with beach access in Karlovac

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The host was friendly and gave us helpful advice about the sights. The best part was the amazing view from the balcony, looking out over the sea and the fortress. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

The apartment was really cosy and between lots of nature. Be sure to like soft mattresses. The host was really friendly.

The apartment is fantastically beautiful. Great location right by the sea and a beautiful beach. Great views from all three terraces or balconies. Very cozy living room with huge sofa. Well-equipped kitchen. Good bedrooms each with their own bathroom. And the highlight: the heated rooftop pool overlooking Kvarner Bay.

We had a great stay. Have been there for 12 days with the three of us. Everything was neat and tidy. Contact was through Dean. He was easy to reach and also asked during our stay how things were going and if towels or clean bedding were still needed. Questions were answered immediately and we got tips for nice restaurants. The location is also nice. Close to downtown and the beach. Everything at walking distance. And from the spacious balcony you can also see the sea. We would go here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic clean attractive place. Great location. We were very comfortable there. Ambar restaurant 10 mins walk away very tasty. Nearby Rastoke amazing to walk around. Not as spectacular as Plitvice but really worth spending a couple of hours there. Quite a history geologically and politically. Hosts were very friendly, helpful and communication was perfect.

The place is incredibly beautiful and peaceful. I recommend to anyone who loves the outdoors. Plitvice lakes are very close, there are restaurants around, Zagreb is an hour and a half by car, and the sea of 2 if you are for a longer stay and you are viewed. The house is very cozy and comfortable and the yard is lovely. We had our entire stay outside while we were in the home - there are lounge chairs, grassy, swing, gazebo + inside only slept me. The landlady is a lovely, smiling and very helpful lady who respects privacy and tact. I appreciate the stay to the fullest and recommend everyone the place and also to visit Plitvice lakes in this part of the year - beginning or mid April. The nature was amazing and it is still relatively peaceful from the tourist season. I recommend 100%

This studio was a great place to get a break from winter. We received a warm welcome at check in. Thoughtfully decorated. Beautiful views over the sea and cool sea temperature. Close to town but calm area. Close day trip distance to all the neighbouring countries. The cleaners had missed some places. It got quite humid inside as there’s no bathroom fan.

Amazing place to stay

We enjoyed six truly great days, we loved the apartment and its pictoresque view on the mediteranian sea ... Andrea is a great host, super friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend to stay with her.

Sebina was incredibly kind and helpful. The house is beautiful, with amazing views of the river Una from the living room and one of the bedrooms. It was spacious, with great amenities and just over an hour from the entrance to Una National Park (the newest NP in Bosnia), which you can access from Dubrovnik. It's therefore possible to visit Štrbački buk (possibly the most beautiful waterfall in Bosnia) as a daytrip. We stayed over the New Year period and both the local bakery and some restaurants in town were open.

Rico was a nice, friendly host. The handover was smooth. We expected a beautiful, spacious and modern apartment with full facilities. Enough can accommodate 4 adults. The apartment is right on the sea and from the large balcony you have a great sea view. A beautiful path by the sea leads to the next place where excellent fish restaunts are located. We had a quiet and relaxing holiday. Too bad that the yakuzi was not fully usable. We highly recommend the apartment.

Hello, we had a very nice vacation here. A very large apartment for 6-8 people with large terraces all with fantastic sea views. We were helped quickly with any questions or problems. The Bora is a natural spectacle and for kite surfers a challenge. The roof terrace is well protected offers best conditions for extensive sunbathing;-) The coast is beautiful, even if the water was still very cold in early June.

Beach is a minute by walk, the centre 7-8 minutes and it is a well equipped and nice flat with a good terrace✅ Best Buy😀
