You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Jump into the lake from the boat bridge and rinse yourself in hot water overlooking Himmelbjerget. Take your kayak and sail a morning trip and meet the heron. Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed overlooking the lake or take the mountain bike and take a ride on the route outside the door. Kick back and relax in this cozy home. You and your family will live in very quiet surroundings overlooking fields and sea, starry nights and moonlight in the sea. Private courtyard with dining area, barbecue and fire pit, the lawn garden itself is our private. Approx. 500 meters to the water and 800 meters to the beach with bridge. At the same time, you are close to the beach/forest and the city. Aarhus and Ebeltoft can be reached within 25 minutes, and Djurs Sommerland in 20 minutes. Kalø Golf Club 1.5 km away, Rønde and the castle ruins 5 km.

Nice little apartment with everything for two

In a newly built house from 2022, we have made two small apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom and entrance to our kids. Now some of the kids have moved and we're renting one out. The apartment is 25 sqm and has a nice bathroom with shower - full kitchen with stove with 2 burners, oven, fridge and freezer. There is a dining table with chairs and then there is a cabinet bed with a nice mattress. It can easily be opened up with the bedding arranged so it is easy to make good floor space. There is a large sliding door and a lovely view
