Somewhere in the meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

The house is located in a quiet area at an altitude of 500 m above sea level at the foot of Grabowiec 784 m above sea level, three kilometers from Karpacz. A stream flows next to it, and the forest rich in mushrooms is 100 m away. There are hiking trails nearby and a bicycle trail next to the house. Beautiful views all around. The house is fenced with a landscaped yard with a barbecue area.

House on the Fringe

The House on the Fringe has 6 beds, in 3 rooms with bathrooms, all on the 1st floor, 2 additional beds available in the apartment (fold-out sofa), but at the cost of reducing the comfort of stay. We invite you for a minimum of 3 days, arrival and departure on any day. During summer holidays, the minimum stay is a week or a multiple - arrival and departure only on Saturday. The day lasts from 16:00 to 10:00. We rent the entire villa, we can rent individual rooms in low season.

Entire loft with kitchen, living room and terrace.

House with a bakery and mountain views. You can sleep here, eat bread and stare at the meadows and mountains. We have prepared an attic with four bedrooms (with bathrooms) for sleeping. You can cook in a well-equipped kitchen. You will eat in the living room with a seating area and access to a large terrace. Bread (and other baked goods) made on site can be ordered for Thursday or Saturday. There is a parking lot on the premises that can accommodate about five cars.

Between the Jizera Mountains and the Giant Mountains...

A secluded, original, charming place to stay and rest for both two and family. Regular guests of the surrounding fields are deer and a large number of different species of birds. Beautiful views of Chojnik Castle and the Giant Mountains. In the area, rural development and farms. Close to hiking trails and great cycling routes :) Wi-Fi on site, fiber optic Internet. For an additional fee, an outdoor sauna with a bathtub supplied with spring water :) Highly recommend !!!

"Rony Villa" is a quiet, modest and unique place full of good energy – ideal for families or groups up to 25 people (including kids and pets – everyone pays per night, minimum 4 guests). Perfect for WIM HOF retreats, meditation, music, yoga, tai chi, dance, and creative writing. Also great for nature lovers coming for hiking, cycling or skiing in Karkonosze National Park. In the garden: Finnish sauna and hot/cold jacuzzi with ice – by prior arrangement and extra fee.

Our cosy, countryside cottage, is located is in splendid surroundings of Rudawy Janowickie. Phenomenal rock climbing areas, great for hikes, mountain biking and horse back riding. Excellent spot for families, friends and couples. The accommodation is a mountain cottage standard in an old countryside house, with well equipped kitchen. Best for people who like outdoor, camping, bonfires and feel comfy with nature at hand, animals and horses grazing by the window.

Izerski Zakątek - Yellow House

We invite you to spend time in the tiny village of Antoniów, on the edge of the Jizera Mountains. A cozy cottage for rent, perfect for a family of 2+2. Our guests can relax from the hustle and bustle by the ponds belonging to the farm, drinking coffee on the jetty or sunbathing on a comfortable deck chair. There is a barbecue next to the cottages and shared with others. Please be sure to see the guest access. Note: temporarily limited access to the ponds.
