Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Our small maisonette is located at the beginning of the village after the church of Agios Nikolaos. This is a space made for most of wood, that makes it warm in the winter and cool in the summer. On the lower floor is the kitchen in which you will be able to prepare your coffee and tea (provided free of charge by the accommodation). On the upper floor are the two rooms, comfortable to accommodate a family of four.

It's a great house surrounded by nature. Clean and warm (in the winter I visited it) and it had all the comforts that made it feel like home. With great decor. Thanos was friendly and no matter what I needed to respond right away. I'm sure I'll visit the same house over and over again. Highly recommend!

Kristi’s place is exceptional on all levels. It is private, well equipped and supremely comfortable with great attention to detail such as premium bed linen and decor. We had the most amazing stay - the view from the balcony is probably one of the best in Dimitsana. The property is set just above the main street where there are some great places to eat, a wonderful bakery and easy exploring. Lastly, nice essential arrival touches such as fresh bread, fig jam, honey and local tsipro alongside tea, coffee, milk etc. Communication was impeccable, clear and speedy. The property is up a very narrow couple of short streets - so Kristi has an amazing pick up and transport service straight to the door. All in all faultless, beautiful and fantastic at any time of year.

6 bedroom stone house - Kastraki Vacations House

The place was great! Μιχάλης and his Father Stephano were extremely helpful with all of our needs. Anything that we asked (something that needed fixing or if we needed anything) - a solution was found. The setting itself is beautiful, going in August it was very cool and pleasant at night. In this town (like many in the area) the local population mostly does not speak english, so have your google translate ready to go. There is a small bed and breakfast type hotel that is on the property as well (run by the same family), there is still a feeling of privacy and there were no issues at all We were a group of 9 total and were very comfortable. We had 2 babies and there are a few places that are not fenced off (over a small cliff), we knew this in advance and we were able to keep an eye on the babies during the stay. The location is great for anyone who wants to explore Peloponnese We were very happy and would definitely stay there again!
