Our 1 room apartment with almost 48 sqm was almost completely renovated in winter 2019. The kitchen is fully equipped with air conditioning and in the new season also with TV. Instead of the bunk bed, they were in the bedroom. 2 single beds furnished next to the double bed. In addition to a new air conditioner, a new 55-inch TV has been installed In the hallway there is a reading corner with couch, which can be pulled out for a 5th person. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

Clear lines in the decor, on organic structures of the house. Lush jelängerjelieber, a native climbing plant, climbs around the house lined with perennials. There is plenty of free parking around the house.
