Villa vacation rentals in Kapolei

The place is amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked. There was an entire closet full of beach and pool items. The porch had amazing views. It was my favorite spot to sit and relax. The grills at the pool worked amazing and the kitchen had all the tools needed for grilling. Place was clean and everything we needed was there. Tons of room and three bathrooms was a huge plus with a large group. Would definitely rent again if I ever make it back to Hawaii. Only complaint thats not really a complaint is dont forget your key card! Everything is locked including the elevator and gate for pool and beach. Never needed to worry about safety. Key card also only worked for your floor.

The unit and campus was beautiful. Martina our contact at Beach Villa Realty during our stay was responsive and helpful. My only concern is the pricing for the unit. While exploring various lodging options on-line I was quoted one price which I thought was fair. However, the next day when I decided to book the unit the price had increased $100 per day. When I inquired about the differential I was told because it was a last minute rental. My reply was that I thought BVR would be happy it was rented especially last minute. I was then told it was because of BVR's Dynamic Pricing software. Frankly, this stinks.

First time visiting the island of Oahu and if my family and I go again we will 100% be booking with Jillian and Dee. From start to finish best experience I have had on Air BNB . The Villa is in a nice quiet neighbourhood that is a short walk to the lagoons, golf course, Starbucks and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here is your going to Oahu.

It was my second time renting and staying in this beautiful home! I will definitely be back. The location is amazing and the home. Loved every minute.

What an amazing gem. Beautiful condo with easy access to the pool, beaches, and trails. The staff were responsive and helpful. Many families over the holiday, but never felt overcrowded. Morning coffee on the lanai and watching sunsets down by the bar pool near the beach with live music most nights. We had high expectations and they exceeded in every way. Only challenge is getting to local restaurants but you can walk to the Marriott next door and UberEats is there fast. The kitchen is well stocked and we did a Instacart order before we left Vermont and it was in the fridge when we arrived. On top of the list to return one day.

Many of the streets are named Maiola - We have never seen such a weird convention. Initially we typed in 84-800 Maiola Street and that took us to a dead end street to the south of the main entrance. However 840800 without the dash located the property. All the intersecting streets are also Maiola. The key is looking at the street sign to know what numbers may be represented. The house itself was clean,nice, we really loved the pergola / lanai at the back , games in the garage. The place was clean and the check out the smoothest of airbnb we have used. When a defective can opener was reported the host responded with a good one within the hour. Those attention to details are great. Makaha Beach is quite nice as are the beaches at Kaena Point to the north. We hiked the trail to the end of the point. Perfect For our large family reunion-gathering to leave my parents ashes off Hawaii. Since the host cannot guarantee whats left behind by other guests, you might see for yourself first

We loved staying at Alejandro's place! The room was clean and well appointed. The views are breath taking! The resort grounds are absolutely beautiful and the lagoon was perfect for swimming! We would definitely stay again and are thankful for the opportunity to stay here!

Exactly what we were hoping for! The Marriott is a gorgeous hotel with tons of amenities. Our young kids loved the lagoon pool, and the bay is perfect for all ages. The room was exactly as advertised and had a fabulous ocean and marina view! Michael was incredibly responsive and communicative. We were able to meet him since he was also staying at the resort…a truly nice individual! We hope to come back to Oahu in the near future, and we won’t hesitate to book Michael’s place whenever it’s available!

Michael s place is beautiful inside and out. We loved the location and the ability to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset, or walk the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee and groceries. Great decor, and well stocked with the necessities. Great communication before, during and after. Overall a wonderful Hawaiian experience Mahalo
