Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Kapiti Coast District

A wonderful relaxing place to stay after a long drive. We enjoyed the view and the sunset and the sound of the waves. Check- in was seamless and we had everything we needed, the hosts were great at communicating with instructions and dining recommendations beforehand. Would recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful place to stay.

We had a relaxing stay, the outdoor bath was really nice. Not far from the beach and the shops which was handy. Would recommend to others :)

From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was top-notch. We recently moved to NZ from California. Tessie made us feel like home and reassured us how wonderful this location and it's people are. Without getting too wordy, here is a bullet point list of positives: -More than enough kitchen appliances for cooking -Replacement bulbs and accessible tools for any adjustments or fixing(personal items) -Offered a kayak with wheels to walk to the nearby beach -Was able to have items shipped to the address for easy delivery -Host was a great reference for dining and activities -Host welcomed us into her home for a traditional kiwi lamb roast meal -Host communicated with us through many channels-not just emails. -Our kids thoroughly enjoyed hunting down how many elephant inspired objects in the home. -Many board games to select from to keep the kids entertained -Internet/WiFi is strong and reliable -Heated blankets, heaters, loungers, safe parking and multiple access. Friendly hosts, close to the beach, spacious place, hot tub (!) and two cuties (dog and cat) welcoming us upon arrival. We were unlucky with the weather, but the hot tub made even the rainy evenings enjoyable. We will definitely come back!

This was a return visit to this simple peaceful place. We love the views and the whole experience, with everything we need for a cosy relaxing stay. This time we explored the area a little and found some lovely walks and cafes. We will be back soon. James and Emma made us feel very welcome with honey from their bees and lovely cumfy beds and linen. And very special to be able to bring our sweet dog too. Many thanks ☺️

Wow what an experience! Has been the most relaxing time away me and my wife have had , an has been an experience that will stick with us for ever. The outside baths , pizza oven , living area , everything was amazing and has got us wanting to go again for sure. Lisa’s comms were on point always which made any questions super easy. This experience was AMAZING!!!

Thank you, what a lovely and special family home, it made for a magical and relaxing xmas break. Beautiful deco home with bohemian vibes. A spacious garden area to play led to an ethereal private pathway to the beach which was dotted with wild flowers. Original deco elements retained in the bathrooms. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds with views. Would not hesitate to recommend. Many thanks.

Amazing spot with a wonderful sea view. We loved watching the sun set over Kāpiti island. Very well equipped bach with great character - the photos don’t do it justice!
