Our 2nd time renting this house. We are from the USA and visit family every winter for 3 months. This house is clean, well renovated, and the host is very responsive. It’s a little more pricey, but we are happy with the great amenities, location and friendly/helpful host.

Great stay for large groups, plus an amazing and attentive host made this a great place for a staycation. Plus the bathtub is amazing

Amazing place to stay! owner did her best in describing the place, gave us fruit from their orchard and place is the same as advertised. such a beautiful place. family and i bonded really well through it and managed to experience the authentic kampung life. totally recommend for people to stay

My family & I had a staycation here, We have a lot of fun! the place is beautiful, the room and living room are facing the swimming pool. We enjoyed our time doing BBQ (can find pasar to buy fresh seafood 8-10minutes away) and watching movies. Very relaxing place and good for family. Host Hafiz is very responsive and helpful. Recommended to everyone want to enjoy and relax with your family. Definitely will booked again

Lots of low priced restaurants to eat nearby. Host is very friendly.

One of our favorite places to stay in KL. Restaurants were everywhere, grocery and shopping mall, just minutes away on foot and parks nearby. We also play pickleball and enjoyed the sporting facility in the Lotus Shopping center. My only regret is that we didn’t stay there longer!

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The place was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. The swimming pool was incredible, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stay. The host was super friendly and responded quickly to any questions or requests. Overall, a fantastic experience – I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

beautiful place for a short getaway.

This is my first booking for a BNB. Pleasantly surprised that it looked exactly like the photo. Amenities are well taken care of, from snacks to even medication for adults and kids. Host is super responsive and accommodating. She even check if everything is alright. Will definitely recommend her BNB to anyone 👍🏻

Great location as was convenient to walk or drive to shops and easy access to motorway. Place was spacious with 3 toilets and bathrooms to accomodate the max number of guests. Would book again!

The house is comfortable, beautiful, well equipped and adapted to the price. Mr. Afiq is also easy to deal with. High safety n security. If you get 2 more access cards, each door to get in and out needs a card for access including the elevator😁 so for me who just got involved with other events when it's difficult when there is 1 access card😊 overall I'm satisfied. Isaac keeps his apartment well equipped, spotless and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and hope the place is available on my next visit. Isaac was responsive whenever I called him, even late evening or early in the morning.

It requires to meet the Host to pickup the keys upon check-in but the check-in process was smooth and easy. The listing looks exactly like the photos. Super clean, comfortable and feels like home. The Host is very nice and communicative. Thank you for allowing me to check-in early ! Will definitely come back here again.

Very accomodating EV ARENA is very accesible has a near 7/11 and KK mart which is very nice to not worry about what to eat at the middle of the night all AC rooms are very cold

The apartment was extremely clean and in great condition. There was a water filter which really made it so much easier during our stay. Check-in instructions were clear and we had no trouble locating the place and checking in. Ruben was lovely and quick to response to any queries we had. Overall this was a 5/5 stay for us!
