Was a great stay with impeccable views! You can also easily sneak into the Ritz Carlton pool area and have fun there too! Great location!

Everything about our stay was amazing! Super clean apartment, comfy bed, everything you might need is provided. We loved the property and the ocean is right across the street. Every question was responded to immediately, very nice and accommodating manager! Will definitely stay again!

We just can't say enough good things. Pictures looked excellent but you never know what you'll find in reality. Our unit was even better than the pictures. Host was amazing. Neighborhood is peaceful. Close to two awesome beaches. Beaches not over crowded. We almost had one to ourselves. If we're back in Maui this will be the first place I call. The price is simply amazing for what you get.

A very peaceful and beautiful stay while visiting Maui. Our view to the ocean was incredible, especially being able to view from afar whales. Beach access is easy to navigate within walking distance for nearby beaches or evening sunsets. Great location and friendly staff. For our 5 days stay it worked well for us traveling from PNW looking for sunshine and relaxation.

We loved Eric’s place. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer. We loved being able to use the beach chairs and cooler. The house was so beautifully decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Pillows were too large for us, but maybe that’s just personal preference. My kids slept on the pull out bed but ended up needing to put the mattress on the floor which was fine. This was our first trip to Maui. We didn’t realize how far it was from all the beaches and tourist spots. If we come back we will probably stay closer to Kehei. We did love the place. We worried about it not having a stove or oven. But to our surprise they had a hot plate and air fryer. I wish I had known that before we went to Costco. The bath tub was so nice. We definitely enjoyed our stay here. It was so awesome.

Exceptional views, location and host communication. Of all the AIRBNB trips to-date this experience has been the best. Easy access, comfortable and clean villa and lots to do. 5min to world class gold courses, restaurants including Ritz Carlton and friendly people everywhere we went. Our stay was excellent! Bathrooms have been updated as well as the flooring (not pictured) which was a very pleasant surprise. Great place to stay in Kapalua with amazing views. Only downside was that we received check in instructions an hour and a half after check in time.

This is a very quiet complex. It feels private. The beach is less than a ten min walk and is not crowded like some of the other beaches can be because of the low density housing in the area. There are some beautiful walks that you can do right from the unit. There is lots of room in the unit to put away all your things away. The management is great. We locked ourselves out one day, they got us back in, in under 10 min! We had a small problem in the unit, maintenance was there to take care of it shortly after. I left an item there and only realized when I got back home to Canada. They offered to mail it back to me at their cost! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! It is in a great location, away from some of the businesses closer to Lahaina. It is within walking distance to the beach and close to great snorkeling locations.

5 star all around!! Great place. Was exactly as described. My wife and I watched whales every morning from our balcony. Best part of trip the beach was 5 min walk and we were there alone every day.

Amazing place with breathtaking views! Great amenities with the pools. BBQ and dining area near the pool. Only suggestion would be adding an A/C unit in the living room as it gets a little warm in there during the day. Definitely still gets 5 stars in my book. My family and I enjoy a staycation on Island whenever we can. Will definitely be coming back. Mahalo Nui for everything!

Was an awesome stay, peaceful, private with a great view and reasonably close to beaches, restaurants and stores. Host was great, professional and responsive. Will definitely try and book again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the Parrish Maui. Everything was as described and the amenities worked great. We used our villa as a staging spot for our elopement, and vendors were able to find the place for the most part. We enjoyed how quiet the place was, loved the beautiful view, and appreciated the communication from the staff.

This place blew us away. The views and location are just amazing. It is a bit removed but we loved that. We just sat for hours admiring all the beauty that the Maui coastline had to offer and whale watching! It was just a short jaunt to a beautiful beach and an easy drive to Lahaina for dining. We wished we could have stayed forever. Thanks so much!

Beautiful location! Is exactly what was listed on listing. No catfishing here! The A/C broke while we were there and maintenance was very attentive came right out and fixed the problem. The staff is very respectful and accommodating. Would definitely come again.

The host was very flexible and allowed us to check in early which helped us get some rest before our evening activities. She was very friendly and communicative. I hope to rent from her again in the future!

There is no better place we could’ve chosen for our stay in Maui!! Continue reading because I’ll share details about access to the beaches. We traveled with our 2 children as well as my parents. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the condo. The room upstairs is an open space, so beware there’s no door for privacy and plan sleeping arrangements accordingly. There are, however, 3 full bathrooms and they’re all impeccably beautiful. Kitchen has absolutely everything you need whether your cooking or baking. If you’re particular with spices bring your own. They have a drip coffee maker and they provide their own brand name of Hawaiian coffee which is delicious! The house also had a cooler, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and some mugs you can use to keep your drinks cold. There are plenty of beach towels and they provide plenty of shampoo and conditioner so all you need is your toothbrush and toothpaste! This condo has a beautiful view. To the right (facing the ocean and about a 2 minute walk from your front door) you have Oneloa bay. Wake up at 6:30am and walk with your coffee to enjoy the most beautiful sunrise! Come back home, have breakfast, and then to the left (south) just a 7 minute walk (with a gorgeous view) you have Kapalua bay. In the evenings is when we saw most of the sea turtles laying on the sand. They rent paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkeling gear right there if you want to swim with turtles! This bay was super calm to relax and not worry about crashing waves with the kiddos. About another 7 minutes south you find Napili which is comparable to Kapalua, but since Kapalua was so close we didn’t really spend much time there. Another option up North (to the right of the condo), you can take the Kapalua trail for an 18 minute walk and you’ll find Fleming beach. This is a much bigger bay, relatively calm water, but not enough to leave kids swimming unattended. Absolutely gorgeous views. The reason I loved this condo so much is for the many options of beautiful family beaches without worrying about parking- all within walking distance. This condo is 55 minutes from the airport. If you go to Hana remember you have to travel back to Kahului to begin the Hana road. It is about 17 minutes from Lahaina. We don’t like busy town center life, so this location was perfect and private. We went to the Grand Wailea Luau and that was also a 50 minute drive. The condo offers a grocery delivery, but I just did a Walmart curbside scheduled on the day of arrival and picked it up from the airport. I hope this helps plan your vacations. The view and the grounds were just amazing. The condo had everything we could need and the place was spotless. The swimming pools were great but had trouble with the code to enter the pool enclosure. Highly recommend Merriman restaurant and Cane and Canoe at Montage. Walk to beach or drive to parking lot but need to get there early to get a parking space.

We had such a beautiful and peaceful time at the Ridge on our trip to Maui. Our unit was spacious and spotless, it included all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. The in-unit washer and dryer is such a great thing to have on a trip to Hawaii, because we were able to underpack and not bother checking bags. We've stayed countless times in South-facing units on the other side of the property, and while the afternoon sun and sunsets are always lovely, we actually enjoyed how cool our (North-facing) unit stayed with the offshore breezes all week. To catch the sunset, we grabbed a beer and a blanket and walked out to Tee 3, just across the way. We had cozy mornings with coffee watching whales from our bed in in the channel and peaceful afternoons with poke from Napili market and a bottle of wine on the downstairs lanai. This unit is VERY quiet because it's on the end of the property. We had the most enjoyable time. THANK YOU!

This airbnb was a gem of a find. It's a villa with other Airbnbs on the property. Very lush and has a super jungle feel, yet very modern. We stayed in Villa #5 with an ocean view from the deck which was great! The other units are all lower with no view. Villa 5 has its own private gate entrance. Lots of privacy and easy access to come and go. The pool was beautiful. Super helpful to have laundry facility. We went from california to honolulu then maui and this airbnb was perfect for my boyfriend & I after a week of traveling. We cooked! The livingroom sofa is a pull out bed and we utilized it to watch a lil TV, the ocean, the surfers, and the pool & beautiful palm trees. There's a small beach parking lot across the back street and it does draw people of all types but there were no issues. Everything needed was provided - beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, small ice chest. Perfect for 2! I would totally stay again - Villa #5 was the best topper to our Maui trip! Thanks Gal!
