Vacation rentals in Kanxoc

Rosa and Vitto was amazing from checking in to checking out. The place was beautiful inside and out. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay felt right at home. Rosa was very helpful on booking a lot of things for us as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Tulum.

I stayed here for 4-weeks while working remotely, and would absolutely recommend both the location and the hosting company for anyone in the future. Aflora is such a beautiful, peaceful place, with warm, friendly, and helpful staff available to any want/need.

The property was as described; 2 separate 2br 1 bath connected by the courtyard. We had issues with the water heater on the first level but they sent maintenance pretty quick. He ended up leaving access for us to get to it incase we had the same problem again. We did but we had it handled. The area in Tulum is undergoing a sewer repair or something like that. Several of the main streets are excavated with pipes laying around. It affects local access to the shops and commuting. Overall good stay and I would go back.

Fantastic unit and Muunek is a wonderful building. We always stay in La Veleta and this was the nicest place yet. 2min walk off the main Calle 7 in the neighborhood. With a scooter it’s easy to get to and from the beach and Centro and prefer this area over the others. Common pool area was also great and shoutout to the every day staff managing the grounds and pool area- very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

It was great safe location and many cute restaurants in walkable distances but you need a car to go to beach, cenote or local restaurants. I rented a car and I am glad that I did. Just 10-20min distance on drive. Met host Tania and her adorable daughter Mayaluna when we walked in the roof top pool on the day of arrival and they throw her daughter’s b-day party and she offered me a cocktail. It was pleasant to meet her family. Both Tania and Xavier were super responsive and helpful. Two concierge Hernandes and Jordy were always there for us and no issue at all to in and out of the Condo. The place is just as photos and I stayed in penthouse. Very spacious room but the living room and kitchen was not as spacious compared to the room and master bedroom was in upstairs. I traveled with my two almost adult kids (17, 19) and they loved to have their own room. I prefer to large living room with balcony but it was my personal preference. We had a great time in there.

I absolutely loved this place! The amenities were incredible, especially the pool, which was perfect for relaxing. The entire experience was a fantastic getaway, providing everything I needed to feel refreshed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to escape and recharge in comfort!

If you get the chance to stay in the La Veleta neighborhood- take it! This listing is so close to many neighborhood restaurants and it’s not touristy… just walk out the door to the resort and you’re there! The pool is quiet, private and relaxing. It’s a clothing optional resort but we only saw nudity at the pool which didn’t bother us at all. Everyone was polite and respectful. Would definitely visit again!

I thought it was very good since the apartment is equipped for cooking (it has all kinds of basic utensils), it has two large bathrooms, which I thought was excellent, it is a quiet place, we had a great time during our stay, Claudia explains very well how we should enter and also makes recommendations of places to visit which helped us a lot since we did not know Tulum, I would rent the apartment again.

Nice comfortable condo. Fits description well, centrally located.
