Excellent place to stay, I really felt at home, the area is very quiet, zero noise, the pool is very good, and the stay is very comfortable, I highly recommend it.

So nice we had to come back! And will definitely come back whenever we come to Mexico again. A peaceful, quiet, clean and safe place. Jesus is a great host and super helpful with fast replies. We would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want the noise of downtown. The pool is also the best we’ve had by far. Highly recommend!

A magical place, that's the right description, it's comfortable, and private. It has temazcal and massage services complement it perfectly. A very close cenote. The cabins are top notch, cleanliness, order, space. The pool is the plus, a chapuson and continuing with the experiences that the ranch offers you. Exquisite food and drink. And the hostess is very friendly and is attentive at all times, it is completely worth what is paid for and I will not hesitate to return soon and bring friends and family. Literal is a getaway from the outside with every comfort to enjoy and rest.

Very nice apartment, compact and with everything you need for comfort. It is on the second floor so it is accessible to enter, very good attention from the host which made us feel very comfortable and at home, without hesitation we would like to meet again. Convenience stores less than 10 minutes by car but the accesses are very viable, it is an excellent option for small families

Martin and Adriana are the hosts you want to meet when renting an airbnb. Both friendly, flexible and they think in opportunities in what you may need for a good time. Chichen Itza, Vallodolid, Cancun and Rio Lagartos, reachable by car in 1-1,5 hour. House has lots of jungle around it. Nice sounds of birds, frogs and other wildlife during the night make it a special place.

We stayed 4 adults and a 12-year-old and the space was just for us I think it could not be functional for more people, the location worked for us because we just wanted a place to sleep and go to Xcaret park which is reached in less than 30min by vehicle, it is not close to 5th Avenue so you should also consider a transfer of approx 25min. Equipped to prepare something quick in the kitchen, only one bench is missing and more space in the patio to reach out to tend wet clothes and towels The room where is the largest number of beds does not have air conditioning, (it has 1 fan) and contemplating that the greatest number of people will sleep there I think if it is important to consider it, we did not affect why it was facing cold and there was not the usual heat, the area is safe, we do not perceive noises from neighbors or anything that will bother us, it was a quiet stay.

A very nice and above all very clean place to stay, it has 24-hour surveillance, a little away from the beach, but if you go by car it is super good, the Walmart is about 5 minutes away.

The stay was nice. The place was clean and tidy. The place was quiet. Javier was very friendly and resolved all my doubts in a courteous manner and in a more than adequate time.

Excellent location to go out by vehicle, everything was clean and the apartment was in excellent condition, I would return without hesitation
