The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. Your own private cabin, with the ocean right outside your window. Inside you find three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom. Go outside and enjoy the view from the sea side patio, complete with furniture and a campfire pan. Depending on the season and weather you can see eagles and other birds fly by, or just enjoy the stunning aurora. It´s a 3 minute walk to our small city center with grocery stores, sports shop, a liquor store, pharmacy, hair dressers and a gas station.
