Vacation rentals with breakfast in Kansas City Metropolitan Area

The house was comfortable and a place where we could relax. It was a great size for the three of us. We could walk around Weston from the house.

ParkView house is so charming! Our family enjoyed having a cozy space to spend a little extra time together during our son’s wedding weekend. The home is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, yet convenient location. Christy has thought of everything with the little amenities this home offers. Wonderful host! This was a GREAT deal for the # of bedrooms. The location was PERFECT! This place has alot of character (inspite of the inconsistency in decor). I loved the exposed brick and cooper ceiling. Casey's instructions were very thorough; from entry, thermostat location, security and restaurant suggestion. It had everything you will need from snacks, ear swabs, ibuprofen, etc. It needs further updating, but this really was and AWESOME place, and TREMENDOUS value.

Location is perfect for walking to KU campus. It was very clean. Perfect for our fur babies. Spacious home with updated amenities throughout. It was everything we wanted for our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday.

The place was very clean & well kept. The bed was comfortable - a family member stayed in the other bed with no complaints. The kitchen was stocked with most of everything you needed to cook at home - all appliances worked well and he even had cast iron cookware, which was great! I do wish the second bedroom had a folding door instead of a curtain and maybe some darkening shades for the mornings we wanted to sleep in. The location was close to everything we wanted to do - most things were within a 10-20 minute drive, & we even took a long walk downtown. The neighborhood felt safe, neighbors were nice when we happened to pass by each other in our comings and goings. It was really nice to have a driveway to park in! Adam was a great host, very friendly and quick to respond when I had a question. I even had a couple of suggestions (nothing that would keep me from staying here again) and he was very open to feedback. We would definitely stay again if we ever return to Kansas City!

Absolutely wonderful country atmosphere, just far enoughaway from the hustle of a larger metropolis. Nancy is an amazinig host and was very accommodating for out needs. The gouse has beautiful sunrise and a tranquil atmosphere, i would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Kansas. Definitely we will be back.

This place was amazing! Spacious, bright and inviting. An awesome spot for families or a few couples! We would definitely stay again.

I have stayed in Kim's apartments several times. I have always enjoyed. Only suggestion, put a brighter lightbulb l above the door that goes into the apartment. We checked in after dark, and it was extremely hard to read the numbers on the keypad. Other than that, it was a very good experience.

Host was very nice with us made sure we everything we need. Very good for the price. House was clean and tidy

Valerie is a 5 star host! Her place was extremely clean and super comfortable. My family stayed and it was in a perfect location with plenty to do in Liberty. She communicated extremely well and checked to make sure our stay was perfect! Don’t hesitate to book with her!

We had a very pleasant experience at Emma’s place. The bed was so comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were very clean. The balcony off of the bedroom was a great touch! We were able to walk the neighborhood to get breakfast and do a little shopping. The amenities such as the washer/dryer, keurig, and iron were so useful! We would definitely recommend this place!

We LOVE staying here!! Easy walk to Massachusetts St. places. Beautiful home. Amazing muffins and coffee from the kindest couple. Cannot wait to be back!

I needed some quiet time for reflection. Teri's rental was absolutely perfect. Everything I needed was within walking distance and the privacy and coziness were exceptional . I have already talked with two travelling groups about plans to return.

This was the perfect place for us to stay. Michelle gave great instructions and recommendations. I was a little apprehensive because it was the first time I stayed at an AirBNB with the owner on site, however, she was so incredibly welcoming and the space we stayed in was completely private. It was exactly what we needed. I will stay here again the next time we come in town.

The house is beautiful and well kept up. the upstairs playroom was a lifesaver on a rainy weekend. Gary and Laura suggested fun things to do with our daughter in KC, and made us feel welcome. we would love to come back! oh, and breakfasts were delicious, and they tailored the food offered for our toddler.
