Susan was a wonderful host!!! Cannot ask anymore more of a host. Let us check in early, and no issues with an early morning flight we ad to catch. Susan is very friendly, warm and has a great place. Some good restaurants around the place as well

A beautiful location with super comfy bed and roomy shower. The host was very friendly and the breakfast was yummy. The only issue was the noisy upstairs floors.

Ron and Cindy's Bear Necessities Inn is anything but bare necessities. They have absolutely thought of everything to make their basement retreat welcoming and a home away from home. We felt immediately at home when we were greeted by Ron. We were in town to visit our sophomore at college, and did not want to stay too close to the downtown area so this was a perfect distance away while being close to many restaurant choices in Overland Park. The bed is comfortable, the fridge was stocked with items that were free to use and we had access to plenty of linens and the usual toiletries. I loved that the fridge had an icemaker and my husband had coffee from the Keurig. We could even sign into our streaming accounts on the TV. Our hosts were generous with their time, expertise and hospitality. We connected with them on many levels and would return for stays in the future. It was a perfect weekend for us!

Erik was extremely responsive very friendly, and answered all of our questions and the place is super cute. It has everything that you would need and we really enjoyed the hot tub! Will be staying again!

We were looking for a quiet place to stay that was outside of Kansas City yet easily accessible to I-35 for our next day’s journey. David’s place was perfect for us as it’s quiet safe location provided all of that for us. We also got to see some of the beautiful country in that part of Missouri and visit the historical town of Excelsior Springs. David has created a great guest quarters lots of room, charming interior and a vert comfortable bed. We enjoyed the views from the window and had a relaxing evening plus excellent sleep. We had the pleasure of meeting David for a good visit about the area and how they transformed their home and guest area after purchasing it. The beautiful hardwood floors were once covered with carpet and are fully restored. It was an easy drive to access I-35 just south of Cameron, MO. We would highly recommend David’s place and hope we can stay there again.

This was my 2nd week staying at Carmen G's place and it was great. It has everything I need. Very clean, nice and peaceful after a days work feels like home thank you for having me and hopefully be able to stay here again in the next weeks ahead

Merrily's home is exactly like the pictures. Very quiet, clean and had everything we needed. She was proactive in all her communication we actually didn't have to ask for a thing. We were only there for a long weekend, but she was so thoughtful in leaving some fruit on the counter and a few things in the frig for the morning, so we didn't have to run to the store right away. We would highly recommend her as a host.

Had the pleasure of meeting Jana as we were heading out from our stay. We felt safe and happy our whole time. Jana prayed safe travels over us on the way out which really blessed us. Would gladly stay again. Thanks for being real people.

Michael and Cheryl’s place exceeded our expectations for a quick weekend trip! The home was lovely-very spacious, clean, private and exactly as pictured! The location was a short drive to the city and in a very quiet neighborhood. Would recommend the space to anyone looking for a place to stay, and will definitely be back when traveling to the area again!

We loved our stay at Annie’s house. The location was great. It was wonderful to go in so the city for fun things and then step into the country and relax for the night!

I will be hard pressed to find a more welcoming, responsive, communicable, caring, helpful, and wonderful host. I've stayed a lot of places all over the country and have definitely been in bigger, better, and more expensive places but I have never felt more welcome. I will miss Annette and her family and appreciate the time I was there!

The hosts are a precious couple that serve their guests well! They live in a charming area & we hope to come back & stay again!

Sandra’s place is so beautiful and cozy, located in a beautiful wooded area. The apartment is in the back and is very peaceful and private. Sandra went out of her way to help us get to KU for the Rock Chalk weekend and was very friendly! This place is a gem! We will be back!

This place was very clean and comfortable and convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay. The TV was a little tricky to stay connected but we felt that all around town. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

This was perfect for our night in Kansas City. We were close to City Market/River Market area and had lots to do. Crystal's home was peaceful and had plenty of thoughtful extras. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoy staying at Russ’s place when we are in Topeka visiting family. It is affordable and comfortable. This was apparently our 5th stay and we were welcome with fresh flowers. It was a very thoughtful touch! Thank you.

The Overlook did not disappoint! The check-in was flexible and so easy! I had excellent communication with the owner! What a beautiful, clean and inviting place, that is right in the heart of everything you would want to do in Excelsior Springs, Mo. You can park your car and there are several fun bars, restaurants and shops in walking distance! For your morning, the owners have a darling coffee shop, Other Trails, right below The Overlook! Here you will find a vast assortment of delicious coffees, scones, cookies, cinnamon rolls and breakfast sandwiches! Everything was just as advertised and fabulous! I would highly recommend this Airbnb to everyone!

Bert's place was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the location as it was across the street from a lake with walking trails, a golf course nearby, as well as a dog park. We also enjoyed the hot tub on site. Overall, it was a good stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in the apartment. It was private and totally clean and cozy. We had everything we needed for a great stay! We loved the projector and watched several movies❤️Felt very safe and secure😊

Fantastic stay! We let Stephen know we’d be arriving late (1am) after a long day of driving which was no issue for him. The unit is incredibly spacious for a couple traveling through, and very thoughtfully laid out. The next morning we got breakfast right across the street at a fantastic cafe in his guidebook, and coffee at a shop next to it that he makes the chai for. We only wish we had more time to spend at this gem of a place.

Great place to stay has everything you need! And the area is super nice close to a Market, restaurants, coffee shops and a park so you go for a run.
