Vacation rentals with a patio in Kansas City Metropolitan Area

2 bedroom, 2 bath for us two couples with nice size bedrooms. Spacious living and dining combination room. Kitchen was good sized and was well appointed with dishes, coffee maker, and pots & pans. We were there for a wedding in Bonner Springs. Our 4 night stay included some tourist sights and wedding events in downtown KC which was a less than a 30 minute drive away. We would definitely stay there again.

From the moment I walked into Cheryl's place I knew I was in the right place. I loved everything about it. I was in Overland Park for a convention and ended up working long days. It was so nice to come home to such a peaceful and well-appointed space. The apartment is very spacious and has every thing you would ever need. It is within walking distance of downtown Overland Park, which is a lovely town with great places to eat and get coffee. Cheryl is a very friendly and attentive host. I loved that she cares about meeting her guests and I enjoyed my converstion with her and her husband. All around this apartment is a gem and I look forward to returning. Thank you Cheryl!

Great location to restaurants! Loved the saltwater pool. Would come back and stay again here in a heartbeat. Host thought of everything to make it feel like we were at home.

This place was super cozy. It’s clean, and organized, full of everything you might need. All of the instructions were clear and easy to read and Megan was super communicative and friendly. She’s a pro!

Kristen’s Place was lovely! Small but super clean; we were on the go and it was all the space we needed. Amazing location; we were all over KC that weekend and were within 20 minutes from everything. Took a lovely walk around the grounds of Nelson Atkins early morning. Just incredible!

A must stay location if you’re in the Lawrence area. This is my go to when fishing Clinton or Perry Lake. Such an accommodating place and home owner! See you again in a couple months

This airbnb was just what we needed. Westport is such a great area in KC, and this was central to everything we did.

This house was amazing. So much room for our large group. Fully stocked with cooking supplies to soaps and toiletries. The dining room was a great central spot in the house for our group to come together. The boys loved the speak-easy for cards and drinks while the girls loved the fireplace and hot tub. This charming cottage was a great place and close to everything we wanted to do. Mary was awesome and checked in with me daily to make sure we didn't need anything during our stay. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone

I really enjoyed our time in Lenexa! This house was in the perfect location and was clean and spacious!! My dogs enjoyed the backyard, and the pool was amazing for the hot days! Thank you again for sharing this amazing property!

Melissa was a great host, so responsive and helpful. The updates to the home were great and we loved having the fenced in backyard for our 3 yr old to run around in. It felt like they splurged on mattresses and linens because it was one of the most comfortable sleeping situation for an Airbnb I've ever had. Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place. It was very clean, roomy and well appointed. The pool setup was great for all including the grandkids. Beds were comfortable and all splet well in a quit location. Will definitely look to stay again during our next KC trip

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. I was on a work trip so I wasn't at the home much but the time I was there felt right at home. The theater is great ans works well, could use an extra set of speakers but really not a big deal. the hot tub was well kept and nice and the string lights made it very peaceful. The bed was comfortable and clean. The heated bathroom floor was awesome and the rest of the bathroom was clean. All in all a nice place and nice hosts. I liked not having a list of things to do at check out. Thank you.

We loved are stay here. Very quiet, new, clean and an air conditioner that worked well. It was so fun to walk to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Parking was 10 cents per hour….cheap! We will stay here again!
