The house was clean and in a perfect location for our daughter’s graduation. Check in was easy and the house was just as described.

We enjoyed our stay as we visited family in the area. The home was easy to find and a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Jeremy's place was a great value: comfortable beds, clean and cozy spaces, fully equipped kitchen, and in a quiet neighborhood where we could take our morning walk. We were traveling with our adult son, and it was great to have two full bathrooms. Thanks, Jeremy--we hope to book with you again! Pam

Lan's home was beautiful and was just want we needed. We were in town for a wedding and we had plenty of space for the 8 of us that stayed there. Home is in a great location close to Charlotte and Concord and down town Kannapolis was really cool! I would recommend this house for you stay in the greater Charlotte area!

This is our third time staying in Chris’ place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My kids loved being able to walk to the pool and the house is spacious enough for our big family. We look forward to returning again later this year. We enjoyed the back deck and barbecuing as well! Chris and Dottie have a beautiful house and really make sure their guests feel at home and keep things simple.

Second time staying here, and I will stay here anytime I am in Salisbury..Very clean and peaceful. The host is probably the most thoughtful I’ve stayed with . If you have a chance to stay , it’s a great choice. David

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. Nitin was a fantastic, responsive host! His instructions for check in/check out and accessing the space were very thorough, easy to follow and even had visuals! Plus the space had beautiful interior design that was very eclectic, artsy, and fit our vibe perfectly. The record player was a huge bonus since my husband is a musician and we’re both music lovers. Would absolutely stay again when we’re back in Charlotte!

Great place beautiful property

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. Cathy was responsive. The apartment was classy, clean and neat. It rained while we were there but we still got out to enjoy Davidson and some great restaurants. My husband had to hold several Zoom meetings for work and the WIFI and internet worked great. No problems. Beautiful area and beautiful home and apt. Hope to go again.

My husband and I spent an extended weekend in Waxhaw for a family event. This rental was absolutely perfect in every way! We were less than a mile from our family, the location was private, secluded and beautiful. The rental was just stunning, from the building itself down to every little decor detail inside. The space was clean and inviting. After long activity filled days, this was the perfect quiet retreat. Nestled in the woods with cozy outdoor seating, it was the perfect way to end a day. The inside was immaculate. The linens were fresh and there were plenty of towels available. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the mini split kept the place comfortable no matter how hot or humid the outside was. We are already looking forward to booking again on our next trip down! As a bonus, we found Cane Creek Park just minutes away and spent two days there fishing! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

Great stay. Host was super responsive. Only a twenty minute walk from Bank of America Stadium. The place had everything a person or couple would need for a great weekend in Charlotte.

I enjoyed my stay! I had some troubles getting inside when I first arrived (completely my fault lol) but Eugenie came immediately to help me out! I loved all the natural light as well! Great location! 10/10

Even though I was only here for one night, it was one of the best places I’ve stayed at. Getting inside was made easy with clear instructions and photos. When I arrived, the home was very clean. And from the windows is a lovely view. You get a lot of good natural light in here. The bed is super comfortable, I slept great. Would stay again if in the area!
