Completely charming 100 years old farm house made new. Directly across from the entry to Olivet. All new beds with luxury bedding. First floor is wheelchair accessible with a queen bedroom with a wider door and roll in shower in bathroom. The host Bobby was very down to earth and easy to talk to. Anything we needed he made clear he would get for us, but we didnt need anything. The place was stocked perfect. I loved having a washer and dryer so my clothes came home clean and could go straight from the luggage to the closet. The yard is beautiful. I had some family over and we sat in the sun room, cooked out, and played games. The couch was super comfy and the decor was nice and simple. I would definitely recommend staying here, and will stay here again. Thank you Bobby for supplying me with the perfect home away from home.

Mary was very responsive to our questions. They have a great thing going on the river. Relaxing by the fire pit was easily our favorite pastime when not out golfing and fishing. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Kankakee for our annual golf outing. Thanks again, Mary!

We stayed at Donna’s for my graduation from Oliver Nazarene University. My husband, daughter, parents, brother and I all stayed at the cabin for the weekend. It’s was cozy and full of charm. We loved being able to stay together, cook meals, play games and watch movies all in the serene setting of the cabin. Donna was kind, responsive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend and we have already started talking about coming back for another visit! 😀❤️

Wish we knew about this jem when we lived in chicago. Came back to enjoy power tour 2025 and house was quiet and nice to relax from all the driving from brownsville tx. The basement hangout was so cool. We w definitely stay again. They even left us items to make breakfast unfortunately we had to leave but it was nice if them. U dont need much it was all there except for food but walmart was about 10 mins away town is super cute and friendly. Thank u for the great stay
