Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Kandıra

Mesut's house was a piece of paradise where the birds never stopped singing from dawn to dusk. The pool and spa were theraputic and the space luxurious. My children were capitvated by the home and the setting. Mesut thank you for your hospitality and welcoming us as your guests.

Amazing place for enjoyable and relaxing getaway. We choose this place for romantic celebration of my husband’s birthday - and it was the best decision. Very friendly, helpful and understanding hosts, flexible check in and check out. Its definitely the best private villa in all that area - your own heated pool, very nicely arranged outside area, place for bbq and sitting, swinging bed in the yard. Inside villa looks exactly as a pictures, lovely fireplace, we spent all the evenings, enjoying its view, big jacuzzi, lots of comfortable seats, well maintained kitchen and cozy bedroom on the top floor. The vibes of tranquility, peace, feeling of disconnect with crowds and loud cities, fresh air and breathtaking lake view - all this was worth to drive 2 hours from Istanbul. Recommend this place from our hearts as a lovely spot for peaceful relaxing time and refreshing your mind. And of course for super yummy Turkish breakfast, which also was arranged for us ❤️

it was a place that deserved the money I paid to the end. Mr. Furkan was very interested. There is nothing to say about the house, I had such a pleasant holiday after a long time, I will go again at the first opportunity. Note: Take a bathrobe with you for the pool, it will be more enjoyable

Our family (two adults and two children under 8) stayed in the cabin and we highly recommend it. We stayed in February and it was snowing and everything looked so beautiful. The cabin is very well located in a quiet valley, especially if you don't want be in the busy tourist area. It is next to a quiet main road, just five minutes from a small town, so it's easy to access but very private as the cabin is much higher than above the road. The facilities are great, we loved the hot tub (set at 38.5 degrees), the fireplace (with lots of wood available), kitchen (all the basics are there for cooking your own meals) and there's lots of spare blankets. We took our own food and cooked but restaurants are also close by. As there was snow we drove up to Kartepe mountain and hired tubes, very fun. You can also get the council's teleferik (cable car) to Kartepe and visit the mountain in any season if you don't want to take your car, it's very affordable. Osman was very helpful, thank you Osman.

it was nice. We did not have any problems. The pool water and the temperature of the house were sufficient. The hot tub is working smoothly. There is a toaster and oven missing in the kitchen. Thank you to the host for their interest

We were very happy with our stay. It provided good amenities in terms of design and usefulness. The garden and pool were very nice, the temperature of the pool was very good and it was not cold. It was also highly protected in terms of privacy. Our host was a positive person and had a structure that was trying to help. It was a nice experience, we didn't regret it.

We stayed in the villa for 5 days was very fun, entertaining and very suitable for children. The farm is full of fruit trees. We were very impressed with the kitchen, it is complete and stylish utensils. The only negative is that electricity has been cut off twice and every time we have to communicate with the host and give us instructions in order to maintain air conditioners . Mosquitoes are very annoying in the area even with the use of protection creams and sprays who want to live here should expect it

First of all, the location of the house is nice. Mr. Idris shared separate information about the places to visit in the neighborhood. We had a nice 3 days with my daughter and my wife. The hot pool and hot tub were nice, my daughter had a lot of fun. The house was very clean. My brother Muhammet quickly returned to our every request. I just didn't see him at the application stage for the extra fee of wood (a small amount), but Mr. Idris informed us in advance. everything was nice and I highly recommend it to those who are on the way. There was a place I would want to come back to if I could. Thank you again to Idris and Mr. Muhammet. Cheers…..

perfect peace of mind in the nature of the wonderful forest, bier camellias heated pool, very beautiful landscaping, and almost flawless jacuzzi like the outside of the bungalow, kitchenette, double bedroom, TV, wifi, shower, etc. Lighting view is super important, the hygiene, attention, interest, Mr. Eyüp and his father, Mr. Eyüp, and brother Mehmet, for their friendly hospitality, I would also like to thank you for this peace and enjoyment as soon as possible. Such a gorgeous place, wish we could have stayed longer! The staff was very hospitable and helped with all any questions we had. Great place to get away from the city and unwind!

Mr. Medet answered all our questions completely and the problems provided a solution in a short time, we had an electrical problem, but he made gestures for this, even the electricity problem was taken care of in a short time, we had no difficulty in finding a location, the house was very nice, we loved the smell of wood, the pool and the jacuzzi were very clean, the rooms were tidy, we offered all the opportunities for a comfortable holiday, thank you Mr. Medet and his family☺️

First of all, the house was spotless and the garden was quite spacious. The pool and rooms were as shown in the photo. We were very warmly welcomed at the entrance by our hosts and sent off the same way when we left. It was definitely an experience that could be taken care of.
