Monthly Rentals in Kancamagus Pass

We had an incredible stay in Lincoln at Rick’s place. It was the perfect location for all our hikes in the White Mountains! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described! This was our first trip to NH and we will definitely return. Would absolutely trust to stay with Rick again. Thank you so much for the memories!

We enjoyed two months in “the barn.” The kitchen was well equipped for preparation of meals. The bed was comfortable. The location was quiet with lots of activities nearby. And the host was most responsive.

We stayed at this place for 3 months. It was, in every sense, our summer "home". The galley kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and the appliances are new and very good. The living area is spacious but cozy and the furniture is comfortable. There is a bathroom near each bedroom in order for guest to have privacy. We used the garage to store our toys (motorcycles, bicycles, kayaks, etc - that was a real treat. I particularly liked sitting on the balcony in the afternoons listening to some music and enjoying the serenity of the mountains. The neighbors in the townhouse complex are very friendly and the town is just wonderful. You an walk to everything and if you like mountain outdoor activities, then this is the place for you. Whenever any minor issue arose, Kris was extremely responsive and accomodating. We could not ask for anything more. This is a great ABB property - we would not hesitate to go again.

We had a great stay here! It was cozy and clean. It was super convenient having a supermarket and cafe within walking distance. We also enjoyed playing ping pong in the game room! Would definitely love to stay here again whenever we return to the area.
