Anemosyrma

Anemosyrma is a traditional beach house in the magnificent island of Milos. Located in the small picturesque village of Agios Konstantinos, Anemosyrma (“anemos” greek word for wind & “syrma” for Melian boat house) is actually the upper floor of a traditional “syrma”, where people used to drag and store their boats to be protected from the sea. The apartment of 50m2 in an open space plan, has a balcony overlooking the sea and it preserves a modern country style featuring unique Cycladic elements.

Drougas' Sea House

A traditional Fisherman house. One bedroom with double bed.Fully equipted bathroom. In the living room (bed/sofa for a 3rd visitor) you can find and a fully organized kitchen and a dining table.Balcony with amazing view to the Aegean Sea! One traditional “SIRMA” in which fishermen storage their boats for the winter. It's located into the fishermen village called Klima. Fully renovated (2019), with many traditional tips from its past. Perfect place for teleworking ... gazing at the Aegean Sea!!

Traditional Cycladic cave - villa made of wood and stone. Panoramic view of Adamas and the port. Large openings allow light to pass unhindered into the space and act as a tableau vivant on the theme of the natural environment. Central location, 4 minutes from the port and 7 from the airport.

The Colourful Land "Syrma" is a partly cave-like boat house, fully transformed on 2022 that offers comfort, relaxation and wonderful view of Western Milos hills. The values of Cycladic architecture combined with a touch of luxury defined the design philosophy. "Armira" Boat House in Firopotamos

Armira Boat House is located literally a few steps away from the sea in the small, remote, traditional seaside community of Fyropotamos. Originally built by my ancestors in the early 1900s to serve as a fisherman’s cottage and boat house traditionally known as “sirma”, it is a unique example of Cycladic traditional architecture and is one of the very few of its kind.
