The property was exactly as described. Mamta Aunty is very sweet & responsive. The property was very clean and thats what stood out. It is surrounded by plants & greenery. Cons: The property was very difficult to locate. It is a bit tricky to reach the property and somewhere it became a challenge for us as the easy route to reach the property was closed by the PHED. Also, we had to carry our luggage and climb multiple stairs.

A Hidden Gem in Guwahati!!! I had the most wonderful stay at Little Woods in Guwahati. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home thanks to the incredibly warm and welcoming host, Pinakshi. She goes above and beyond to make sure her guests are comfortable and well taken care of. The homestay is located on the top 4th floor — while there’s no lift, the climb is surprisingly easy and totally worth it. Nestled on the terrace, the house feels peaceful and private. The two air-conditioned rooms are cozy, cool, and maintain a lovely sense of serenity despite being on the rooftop. Located in a quiet neighborhood, Little Woods is perfect for those looking to relax and unwind. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, and all the electronics and appliances are in perfect working condition — practical and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, I couldn't recommend this place more. It's clean, calm, and feels like a home away from home. Huge thanks to Mrs. Pinakshi 🙏🤗

Dipali's Villa is a very nice place , It's on the Ground floor . We had a comfortable stay in this place . The property was clean , exactly matched with photos , and the kitchen was well managed with all its utensils , The 2 Bedroom with its 2 attached bathroom was also clean , Beds were comfortable to sleep . We really enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to coming again soon .

We had an amazing stay at satwik’s place. The place was exactly as described, satwik was an amazing host. Would absolutely recommend it.

Everything was great but I think as per the room amenities and condition the price was on the little higher side. Apart from that everything was more than perfect. The host was very cool and friendly.
