Kep villa

Stayed for a month+ in July 2018 and onwards. The house and garden is amazing. Old World charm. From the large balcony (there are two) you have sea view to the one side, and jungle view to the other. The garden is large and green with palm, papaya, mango and avocado trees and a pond for fish. A short walk to the ocean, and a short drive to Kep beach & city and to the national park. Kampot is half an hour away in tuk-tuk.
A vibrant living area features black leather sofas arranged around a wooden coffee table atop a patterned rug. Bold artwork adorns the coral-colored walls, complemented by decorative shelves. In the background, a dining area with black chairs and a pool table is visible, enhancing the spacious ambiance.

Designer's House Central City 1 br

Candy Pepper & Susie Q’s designer house is a fantastic and unique place to stay in Kampot. It has a lot of space, nice bedrooms with good AirCon, beautiful kitchen, nice terrace to watch Kampot move by, and the art and decor is simply spectacular - the entire house is filled with interesting and colorful art, much of it specific to southeast Asia. There is even billiard table, a turntable and a great selection of vinyl LPs. It was great to relax after a day around town with Prince, the Stones and Sade, among many others. The host was very kind and responsive, and also has a separate guesthouse and cafe, Candy Pepper, a few blocks away that has the best Thai food around. The location of the house is ideal, out of the way of the louder parts of Kampot, but still central, so it is very easy to reach the river or many shops with a just a short walk. It is also very close - just about one block - to a few excellent Kampot restaurants, like Cafe Espresso and Deva. Highly recommend.
A bright and spacious living area features modern black sofas complemented by a colorful pillow. The walls display an array of artwork, while a wooden coffee table sits centrally. A dining area with a large table and pool table is visible, creating a lively atmosphere.

We felt like living in a big beautifull museum. Super nice place. Easy communication with the owner. everything went smouth.
A wooden deck extends over a serene river, surrounded by lush greenery and hills in the distance. Soft yellow lights illuminate the space, along with a playful dog resting on the deck, contributing to the tranquil setting.

The accommodation matches the photos, quiet location close to the city center, about 20 min walk! Great value for money, pleasant and very good communication with Eugene! The wifi is also very good. Recommended
A well-appointed room features a spacious bed with crisp linens, complemented by a sleek side table. A comfortable seating area includes a dark sofa. Natural light filters in through elegantly draped curtains, and a decorative fan sits nearby against a stylish brick wall.

Big precious room with mountain view

LolitaRating, 5 stars37 months ago
Overall we had a nice stay. The bedroom is nice, it is actually a small apartment with kitchen and a large wardrobe. There are also some restaurants, a very nice swimming pool and it is possible to do laundry. In short, everything we needed for a break between trips. Thank you!
An open, airy space features a wooden table and chairs with a coconut drink on the tabletop. Large glass doors provide natural light and a view of the garden outside. Informational posters and framed documents decorate the walls, while a wooden bench adds seating along one side.

See real Cambodia, stay with Khmer in Village

JamieRating, 5 stars14 months ago
If you are interested in a real Cambodian experience then try this place to stay. My experience here was far beyond what I expected. The young family invited me in and treated me like family. Makara and Theary gave me knowledge of the area, showed me around when they were available. The food provided is organic and natural as they are very health conscious. The surrounding area provides amazing villages to explore and nature with mountains not far to hike in. I spent an entire day hiking a mountain and never saw one person. So peaceful. Market walking distance away. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Total bonuses are Makara is a nurse and runs a private clinic if you should need anything, also shoe repair which interestingly i needed my sandles repaired haha. Included fresh coffee and fruit for breakfast was amazing. I rented a scooter when I arrived in Phnom penh and drove out. I truly enjoyed witnessing life here and meeting the amazing people. Kep beach 2 hour drive away.
