After 3 hard weeks on airbnb in Cambodia i found peace here...this place is unique and has the spirit of real travelers and rob was great talking with , sharing and making sure i feel at home... They own a restaurant in town with delicious home made dishes and as a vegan i loved koemyi's great cooking...the views are unbeatable and super peaceful..its a great location just a few mins on the scooter from kampot and for my digital nomad life it was perfect..i will definitely love to return here ...thank you very much rob and koemyi for sharing your little paradise :-)

Would highly recommend this airbnb - very clean, spacious and absolutely beautiful. The hospitality from Alexia was absolutely amazing - she was incredibly helpful. Thank you so much for such an amazing time in Kep!

Riverside private rooms, Lots of shared spaces

Mr Lee and his family were fantastic hosts. Greeted us at checkin and showed us to the room which was spacious, clean, and bright with sunshine. It’s right on the river which was a lovely view to wake up to and sit by with a coffee in the morning. It’s a 10 minute ride outside the main part of town (about 6k riel) or we rented motorbikes which we stored there a few nights. Really nice stay and would absolutely recommend if you’d like to be a little removed from the noise of the town.
A tranquil pool area is surrounded by lush tropical plants and a wooden deck. Sun loungers are placed nearby for relaxation. A large patio umbrella offers shade for a small seating arrangement, enhancing the inviting atmosphere of the outdoor space.

Deluxe Double with Balcony (Breakfast Included)

JoanneRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March. We felt the staff were great and extremely helpful. The rooms were big and comfortable. We had some trouble with the AC on the top floor but this was not the hotels fault in anyway. It was just too hot outside to cool effectively on the top floor. If you like a cool room for a break from the Cambodia heat ask for room 105 or a lower floor room. Otherwise our stay was great and I would highly recommend. The location was perfect for the Town. Close to everything.
A tranquil pool area is illuminated at night, showcasing vibrant blue tiles reflecting the light. Surrounding the pool, a series of two-story buildings with balconies create a serene setting, complemented by tropical palm trees.

Peaceful and fresh

KeithRating, 5 stars5 months ago
it was very pleasing to me they commodated all my needs, there was one thing they have no kitchen, so no food options there.
A breakfast spread is arranged on a white plate, featuring soft rolls, a croissant, and a small jar of yogurt. Fresh fruit, including dragon fruit and pineapple, adds color. A pot of tea and cups are positioned on a red tablecloth, alongside a glass of orange juice.

Terrace Room - Auberge du Soleil

Basic accommodations in a great location. Loved the terrace and the breakfast. I did need to use my Gooogle translate to communicate with the staff because my Kmer isn’t very good. The AC worked well and staff were very nice.

See real Cambodia, stay with Khmer in Village

JamieRating, 5 stars16 months ago
If you are interested in a real Cambodian experience then try this place to stay. My experience here was far beyond what I expected. The young family invited me in and treated me like family. Makara and Theary gave me knowledge of the area, showed me around when they were available. The food provided is organic and natural as they are very health conscious. The surrounding area provides amazing villages to explore and nature with mountains not far to hike in. I spent an entire day hiking a mountain and never saw one person. So peaceful. Market walking distance away. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Total bonuses are Makara is a nurse and runs a private clinic if you should need anything, also shoe repair which interestingly i needed my sandles repaired haha. Included fresh coffee and fruit for breakfast was amazing. I rented a scooter when I arrived in Phnom penh and drove out. I truly enjoyed witnessing life here and meeting the amazing people. Kep beach 2 hour drive away.
A wooden keychain featuring the Sabay Beach logo rests on a vibrant maroon napkin. Nearby, a clear glass vase holds a small arrangement of green leaves and red flowers, complementing the natural aesthetic of the setting.
