Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Dit appartement op de begane grond beschikt over een kleine patio. Beide ruimtes hebben een fris interieur en zijn geschikt voor langer verblijf. Een eigen plek, ideaal gelegen nabij bioscoop, supermarkt en parkeergarage.

Aanwezig: - keuken met koelkast en vriesvak - Combimagnetron - Alle gemakken om te kunnen koken - Koffie/ Thee/ water. Mocht u langer verblijven, maken wij 1x per week de kamer schoon. We have furnished the front house of the farm as a cozy stay for 2 guests who are eager for peace and privacy. The comfortably furnished front house has a private entrance . You have access to 2 canoes and a men's and women's bike. The many cycling, hiking and canoe routes let you experience the National Park Weerribben-Wieden in all seasons.

The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

In de winter zit je heerlijk knus binnen bij de houtkachel die de ruimte binnen no-time verwarmd. De tinyhouse is compact maar van alle gemakken voorzien!

Het huisje is een pareltje aan het Ganzendiep. Een oase van rust en tegelijkertijd op 20 minuten fietsen (10 autominuten) van het historische centrum van Kampen. Het huisje is warm en stijvol ingericht waardoor je je direct welkom en thuis voelt. Afstand tot Kampen 10 autominuten, afstand tot Zwolle 30 autominuten. Het huisje is geschikt voor twee personen (eventueel met baby, campingbedje niet inbegrepen) en solo-avonturiers.

The house also has a chill room in the attic and in the garden a canopy with extra dining area. Quiet neighborhood, shops and supermarket are walking distance. I live in this home and leave it cleaned for you. It is possible to book only the guest room or attic. I will then stay at home, you will get a discount.
