Overall the whole place is very clean, feel safe for my pet to go around. Cozy place, feels like home. Neighbourhoods are friendly, but their dog keep on welcoming us. The host has prompt respond, and able to prepare the house to check in earlier than expected time. Highly recommended for all.

Excellent home for a comfortable stay for a party of 8-10. We were out for most of our stay and didn’t need to use the amenities much, so whatever was provided was sufficient for our group of 5 adults and a child. Helpful to have the toys and books as entertainment for the child. The host was always prompt to respond to our queries before, during and upon check out. Absolutely had a wonderful time and happy to come back here again in the future.

Overall, the homestay is comfortable and strategically located near main restaurants, malls, and tourist areas. The host, Miss KJ, is attentive and approachable.

Stayed 1 night for Hari Raya celebration. Akib’s place was very clean and well maintained. They provide you with towels for each room, complete with kitchenware and washer. The 1.2m pool outside is convenient to cool yourself off during the day or night. Living room is comfortable and tastefully renovated. All the rooms were also air conditioned and made the stay a lot more comfortable.

I had a pleasant stay with my furkids. The house was clean and spacious enough for a small group. There are mini marts, restaurant, coin laundry located nearby. Check-in/out process was seamless as the host, had provided clear instructions. Abbey was very helpful and quick to respond. Would recommend to those looking for a pet friendly Airbnb.

For the price we paid, the comfort and simplicity of the place really exceeded our expectations! I believe this is one of the best place i've stayed in Malaysia. The house was aesthetically designed making it feel so warm and cosy and it seriously felt like home. I wish i could stay longer but time was not being nice. Totally recommend to stay here for a day or two to explore Ipoh.

It’s a semi D lot with lots of plants in the compound to welcome you. The house and rooms are spacious each equipped with 2 queen size beds. The house is spotlessly clean especially the floor! Toilets are really clean too. Owners gave detailed instructions so we had no issues finding our way to the place. Overall we are very satisfied with the amenities provided!

Overall is good for big family to occupy for us by 15 pax. Good experience for big spacious internally and externally

This is the homestay to experience life and culture in the classical New Village environment. Except the wooden houses are now all in concrete but the atmosphere, the people and the life style remain quintessentially semi rural and ancient. Everyone knows everyone and visitors stick out like a sore thumb. The surroundings are beautiful - hills, mountains, rivers, waterfalls, streams, quaint kampongs, beautiful Malay homes, fruit orchards, fish ponds, farms. Plenty of delicious stuff to eat and things to do, places to explore. Even the house drains had fishes in them! Madam Ching's place is kept spotlessly clean, neat and tidy. All the amenities are there and she is quick to respond, proactive in suggestions, provides clear instructions. There was no Wifi, the TV was not working but I did not mind since it would have been a distraction to the larger and more interesting world outside. Personally I would have preferred white linens for the bedrooms. An excellent stay, value for money.
