It’s walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy, hairdresser, grocery, ATM. Nice outdoor and garden to relax and for families to BBQ or kids to run around and some old fashioned board games to keep you busy. I enjoy connecting with new people and love hosting. It is a 10 minutes walk to TESCO & UTAR and 5 minutes drive to any part of Kampar town. Set up a BBQ or steamboat. Visit nearby Gua Tempurong, the Tin Dredge, local waterfalls, Kellie Castle, watch hundreds of egrets flying back to roost in the evening at UTAR West Lake.
