We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Welcome to our cozy vacation apartment with a breathtaking view of the mountains. Our house is perfect for families and friends who are traveling together and want to enjoy nature. Our accommodation has multiple balconies where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains. The Millstätter Lake is just a few minutes' walk away and invites you to swim and sunbathe. The accommodation is fully equipped and includes towels, bedding, dishes, and a hairdryer.

Our one-room apartment "Gmiadlich" is very well equipped. The apartment has a bed in the size 1.40 m, cozy for lovers and/or those who want more closeness again. It has a comfortable lounge chair with footrest, so put your feet up & enjoy the sunset over the Goldeck. Access to the balcony overlooking the lake & the mountains delights the heart every morning and every evening when you return home after a successful tour. PETS ONLY CONDITIONALLY. PLEASE ASK!

For those who want to enjoy the simple life, their independence and the wonderful landscape directly - or in new German: glamping at a high level. Spacious living in a small space, main room with double bed 160 x 100 cm, built-in wardrobe, mini kitchen with 2 hotplates, sink, mini fridge. Separate bathroom with rain shower. Book one of our four tiny houses. Wi-Fi free zone, no TV, pure digital detox - but there is 4G reception via the mobile network ;-)

Cozy alpine hut on Goldeckstraße

Away from the hustle and bustle lies our beautiful alpine hut. Right on the edge of the forest, adjacent to a farm with chickens, sheep, pigs and cows, you can escape the stress of everyday life and enjoy nature. My in-laws also live on the premises in the nearby main house. They are also happy to help you at any time with any questions. As a small note : In the summer months (about from May to October) our cows and sheep are on the alpine pasture.

3 Fantastic vacation home in prime location

Our 85 m² vacation home consists of a large living, kitchen and dining area on the first floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms, each with its own shower room on the second floor. Our vacation home was built in 2017. It is bright, spacious, cozy and equipped to a high standard. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - TV/satellite is available in each room. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Internet access via Wi-Fi is a matter of course.

Spending the night under the open starry sky? Or sunbathe in the bed? Yes, of COURSE! Just go out with the bed and enjoy the breathtaking view in the terrace! It's all possible We did not build an entire chalet village, just a single, extraordinary, beautiful & cozy chalet at 1150m above Arriach, with unobstructed views in 3 directions. A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

Herrschaftshaus Theresienhof

Reside at the Theresienhof townhouse. Built by the trades of Franz Ritter von Jakomini in the early 19th century. On just under 120 m² you will find 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area for 6 people, a spacious living room, as well as bathroom and toilet separated. Wifi is also part of the basic equipment as a washing machine and a dryer. A fenced garden is ideal for playing for children.
