A great place with the beach, while being a little secluded and quiet. We loved the location, (hiking to the old Thira right next door) the city is lively, and easy to reach everything by car from the island. In the smallest nice thing we see the planes landing ( no noise) thank you for everything!

This is the perfect spot to visit this beautiful island. Arsenios and Juliana have put a lot of effort to create a lovely and peaceful space, beautifully decorated and with a gorgeous garden. The sea views from the garden are astonishing. They also offered a very friendly welcoming. I stayed for a week during Easter. It was the perfect time, with the island blossoming and not too hot weather. I had a rented car but there is a bus stop nearby. The Acrothiri archelogical site, the Acrothiri village and gorgeous beaches and hikes through the vineyards are within walking distance.

We are a family of four with two small children and we had a wonderul stay here - the villa was perfect for us with lots of space. It is impeccably clean and we really appreciated the daily service. The pool is lovely and would be refreshing on a hot day. The location is very convenient for the beach and for choice of restaurants/ bars. We ate in Perivolos (Savvas Popeye was amazing) and Perissa which is less than 5 minutes by car or 20-minute walk along the beachfront. I also got out for some pretty incredible running in the mornings; it’s a great base for exploring the island that way if you’re into hiking or running. It’s also really nice to stay in the quieter South side of the island and visit the more ‘popular’ places for day trips. We loved coming back here in the evening. For anyone travelling with young children, there is a playground opposite the villa which we found great. Thank you, Athanasios, for the great recommendations and warm welcome!

This was a return visit to the suite of apartments and our experience was just as good as our first visit. Irene is very friendly and helpful, the apartments are very comfortable, in easy walking distance to Perissa beach / restaurants and also close to a good supermarket. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Twins Studios. Our host was very friendly and gave us such a warm welcome, the rooms are spotless and bed was very comfortable also very central to bus stop which is cheap to travel anywhere in Santorini. I have no complaints :) I definitely recommend Twins Studios and I would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Gabriel House! The hosts were attentive and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The location was super quiet, and we loved watching the sun rise over the water. With our rental car, all the Santorini sites are within a 30 minute drive or less. We highly recommend this spot!
