such a cool place/ right at the beach but also an amazing pool area. the rooms were spacious and a fully equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook. THE CUTEST cats and a dog! we had an amazing time and fell in love with santorini. will definitely come back to this airbnb!

Perfect spot! Right by airport. Very spacious. Wonderful staff that greeted us so kindly and helped with everything we needed. Wish we would have stayed here our entire time in Santorini. Very worth the cost. Very clean property. Pool is soo cute.

BOOK THIS PLACE. You can’t ask for a better location in Oia. The view is absolutely incredible. We loved sitting out on the little balcony. Very close to Oia castle, main square and Almoudi Bay. This spot is an absolute steal. You will not regret staying here!!

We loved this place!! We actually loved the fact that it felt like a smaller town and was more with the locals rather than in the busy areas… it was quiet and exactly what we wanted for our honeymoon. We rented an ATV through Chrysavgi which got us around the island everyday. Highly recommend doing that! The place itself was exactly what we were looking for, the pool was a really great touch. The only thing is we wished the kitchen was a bit more equipped, could have used a bigger fridge, more cups, a toaster and/or microwave, but if you don’t plan to cook or store leftovers from the restaurants then you are fine. The AC also wasn’t super strong in the bedroom area, would have been better above the bed rather than at the entrance. But really those are minor details and we would absolutely stay there again. Chrysavgi is very friendly and was quick to respond to anything we needed. The views are also amazing. Thanks for helping to make our honeymoon exactly as we wanted!

We had a wonderful stay here!! We loved staying in the quiet, but populated area of Perissa Beach (away from the touristy spots of Oia and Fira). And much cheaper staying here than those big cities (that you can easily get to by bus or renting a vehicle). We loved walking right to the beach, which was literally across the street. Perfect bed, AC unit, bathroom, and amenities for our stay in Santorini. We truly had a wonderful stay here and would 100% stay here again!

STAY HERE! We had an absolutely amazing time. Kostas and his team went above and beyond- it was my mom’s birthday and we got back from the beach to have roses and birthday cake waiting for us. The breakfast was also amazing and so fresh! We will absolutely be back I cannot recommend this place enough especially for the views and amazing team!!!

Pleasant, clean, organized, and peaceful environment. The Wi-Fi didn’t work very well, and the third bed was in an adjacent room that wasn’t sufficiently cooled by the air conditioning. The host was extremely attentive and competent. Good location and value for money.

It really is the best place to stay in Oia - perfectly situated away from the noise at night and ideally situated to watch the sunset each night. The hosts are so attentive and are there to answer any question and offer recommendations. Could not endorse this place more!

Very beautiful complex. manicured garden and common areas even if it wasn't the weather for outside. They made sure everything was tidy. The room was quite big and cozy, with island decor. The owners were discreet and available to help with anything you need. Very welcoming and kind. The area is between the airport and Ferrara, very close to both.

Artemis was such a nice host, she came the day after to welcome us as we arrived at 2 am 🥴 we rent a car before but also she can help you out with that nd with the transfer from the airport The place was super clean we didn’t enjoy the pool cuz was very windy but we will like to come back If you come I’ll definitely recommend to stay at Sakas residence 🫶🏻🙌🏻 Thank u so much Artemisa and family for having us ✨🙌🏻

We had a perfect stay! The room was pristine, beautifully designed with Cycladic charm—small but very comfortable. Daily housekeeping kept it spotless. The host was amazing and went above and beyond—friendly and enthusiastic, available 24/7, offering maps/local tips, extra towels, and even printed our ferry tickets! Good Wifi. The mini market across the street was also convenient. The location is ideal for anyone spending most of their time in Oía, just steps from the main path with endless shops and restaurants. The bus stop in front of the hotel is a bit unreliable for pickups, so you’ll likely walk 10 minutes to the main Oía stop. The bus to Thira costs €2, and from there, you can catch connections to beaches and other parts of the island (€2-3). Commutes can add up time-wise, so plan for some travel if you're exploring. Uber/taxi rides are around €40. However, for travelers planning to spend the most time in Oía, this place is ideal. Highly recommend—10/10 stay!

I stayed here for a quick layover in Santorini and it was amazing! I loved the place and Vassiliki and team were super helpful in getting me to the location and back to the airport early in the morning. The community around the home was also very sweet and helpful. The view was amazing and I will definitely be back for another stay and a dip in the pool.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Nissia apartments. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfect. The food was delicious and the staff at the beach bar and restaurant (shout out to Anna, Costas and Theoni) were so lovely and really made our stay very special. Would highly recommend. This location is beautiful! The host was so kind and helpful with so many recommendations and answering all of our questions about the island. She provided airport transport services even for our super early flight. The property is beautiful and very close to the beach. Kamari is away from the super busy tourist cities so we had such a nice and peaceful stay. The property was very clean and easy to find/access. I cannot say enough good things about our host, she was amazing!! Absolutely recommend :)

Superb apartment, so clean and quiet and Spyros lived up to all the previous reviews in being so attentive, friendly and nothing was ever a problem (not that we needed anything) - the village is fantastic and Santorini lived up to all the hype - will definitely be back!

The property was well maintained & with a beautiful view. The host was very responsive and helped us out inspite of getting majorly delayed with our check-in, on account of the weather. We went in the offseason, so most restaurants were closed. Otherwise the location is close to the sunset point and quite central to the Caldera view. Overall a great stay at the property.

Great experience in the centre of Fira for a good price. Very short walk to the bus station. Nancy let us leave our bags while the room was cleaned before check in which was really appreciated. Beds are super comfortable. There's a slight cigarette odour which you get used to. Noise from other neighbouring guests could also be an issue due to thin walls but it's to be expected with this type of building for this price point. All in all, comfortable and clean, and a great location.

Dimitri is very friendly and helpful person. Good communication and responsive. House and the amenities are quite accurately described. Has a nice beach close by. They also have a laundry service for a small fee. There are some nice little authentic bakeries around the area to try out. Very happy with the visit!

The property is removed enough to get a good night sleep, yet close to many amenities. There are restaurants, dessert palours, night clubs, retail : jewellery & apparel, all within walking distance. All in all, a great location, at the heart of Thira at a great price. The room was clean, comfortable bed, and appealing veranda. Would recommend :)
