Vacation rentals with a patio in Kamaole Beach Park I

We really enjoyed the relaxing environment. It was close to the beach. The complex was quiet and we enjoyed the hot tub a couple of the evenings.

We stayed at Tray's place for 10 days and absolutely loved it. The apartment was cozy and cute, with comfy bed and everything we needed. We also really loved the location. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and groceries. Last but not least, it was a pleasant surprise for us to find snorkelling googles, fins and beach chairs in the apartment! Would definitely book again and recommend it to everyone.

This place was great for our family of five (teenage kids, so basically 5 adults) first trip to Maui. The lanai was my favorite hangout spot with the most gorgeous ocean view and we loved being right across from Kam 3 beach! The beach supplies were awesome! We weren’t bothered at all by the busy street out front that some have commented on. The kitchen was well stocked. Melissa was the most amazing and helpful host I’ve ever had!! She gave great instructions, provided helpful recommendations, and was immediately responsive when we had a snafu with the door code—she was absolutely fabulous! We would definitely choose to stay here again!

We went to Hawaii for the first time and found the best place to spend our 5 wonderful nights. The condo was very clean and cozy, it had everything we needed. Without a doubt, I would stay with them again. Thank you very much for such wonderful hospitality. God bless you.

We enjoyed our time in Kihei. It’s centrally located, has great parking and is perfect for relaxation. You look right out on the ocean, have direct beach access, and lots of restaurants nearby. We would stay here again.

Beautiful place my family and I enjoyed! Walking distance from the beach, and plenty of restaurants and shops around, especially Foodland and Safeway. Highly recommend, very clean and comfortable and private, especially how each building has their own little pool so we practically had the pool for ourselves.

This was our second stay at Maui Vista and first time in this condo—everything was just as listed! Shannon’s check-in instructions were clear and sent a week in advance, which made things easy. The location is perfect—2-minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes to shops and restaurants, and parking was always easy. Loved having a full kitchen, plus a rice cooker and Keurig! The in-unit washer/dryer was super convenient. Stress-free, comfortable stay. We’d definitely come back. Mahalo, Shannon!

This is a beautiful Condo with everything you needed to feel right at home. Everything was clean and up to date. I recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a clean, safe, and home away from home while on vacation. Thank you Jay and Amy.

Lovely setting, great town, comfortable and clean. We loved our stay here and the incredible rainforest sounds. Mike was very kind and gave clear instructions. Appreciated the wine waiting for us! We would gladly stay again. The town has killer food!! Nuka’s and Baked Maui, highly recommend!

This place is terrific! It's clean, very comfortable, nicely laid out. The rooms are spacious and all have AC units and ceiling fans - and an AC unit in the main living/eating area. The linens and towels are high quality. There is a wonderful deck that overlooks the pool and the ocean with easy access to a small grassy area and beach. The house has lots of amenities for guests' use incl boogie boards, snorkel equipment, sand toys for kids. There are also a lot of spices and other items in the pantry which is always nice when you cook in. The hosts are responsive and friendly. The only downside is the condo sits on a pretty high traffic road and it can be noisy. You can walk to some restaurants but a car is a must. I would come back here for sure.

This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

Easily one of my favorite stays I’ve had since I started using this app. Location was pretty much in the center of everything and the communication with Ashley & Mike was incredibly quick. Such a great stay. Thanks!

Wonderful place to stay when enjoying Maui!

We had a fantastic stay at Emma's place! She went above and beyond to help us during our trip. Due to some confusion with time zones, we accidentally arrived a night early, but Emma stayed up late to help us find a place to stay for that night—something we truly appreciated. The next day, she kindly let us check in early and even allowed us to leave our bags after checkout so we could explore Maui without having to lug our suitcases around. Emma was incredibly responsive and helpful with local recommendations, and always quick to answer any questions we had. The place itself was super clean, cozy, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. We definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Maui. Thanks again, Emma!

We loved this home. Whether it was having dinner with a Maui Sunset or enjoying the first morning cup on the front patio with the blue Pacific as a backdrop or just enjoying the home and beautifully kept landscaping, with pool, we have nothing but positive things to say about this experience. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Truly felt like we were guests not customers. I was traveling with my Niece and her teen age and adult children and we all loved it. Lots of snorkeling and beach gear. Restaurants, beaches and shopping all very convenient. Several good swimming and snorkeling beaches minutes away. The place was beautiful and just how it was described. Sydney was very responsive to our needs. The place is spacious and you could watch the sunset from the balcony, which made it even better. The kitchen was perfect to cook meals. The parking was easy. It is in a great location and not far from the beach. We had an excellent stay!

We had an amazing time in Maui and a huge part of what made it so amazing was the air bnb. Alex was super helpful and responded extremely quickly. When we walked in, it felt so welcoming-almost like walking into your own home. It seemed like everything had been thought of. We had a cooler we could bring places with us, beach chairs, beach towels, and so much more that were provided by the host. This place looked exactly like the pictures. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely stay here again in the future.

What a great surprise was Kristin's place! Everything was working properly, apartment was truly comfortable, kitchen supplies and dishes were spotless (we are really picky with kitchen cleanness) and the condo shared areas were clean, organized and the parking area was convenient with many spots available close to the unit. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Gerome was great and super responsive. Originally I was worried it may be too far from a beach for our liking but this wasn’t a problem at all as it was within a few minutes walking. It was also nice that we were just far enough from the street that we were in a very quiet area of the property. Plenty of parking if you rent a car and easy to register. This was also a very clean property which is always appreciated. He has some beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use as well which was unexpected but a pretty cool little touch. The only thing I didn’t expect, and maybe I just didn’t read correctly when booking but the bedroom has no AC which initially upset me, but the ceiling fan right above the bed made for a comfortable night of sleep every night and the AC in living room was strong enough to reach the bedroom if door stays open. Thanks for the stay Gerome! Hope we to come back some day.

I can’t say enough great things about our stay at Carrie’s beautiful condo in Kihei! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The unit was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and more!!! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops. We started every morning with coffee on the lanai. The proximity to the cove and changs beach made it easy to pop down for a swim or the sunset! The condo complex itself is quiet, beautifully maintained, and has all the amenities you’d want. The condo has a pool, BBQ area, and plenty of parking. Whether you’re looking for adventure or just a relaxing escape, her place delivers. Highly recommend staying here—we’re already planning our return trip!!! Carrie is the best!!!!!!!

Great stay in a great location. The unit has so much usable space, from the lanai to the kitchen and living room. It is well equipped with all of the beach toys you’d need (chairs, towels, umbrella). Only 2 minor down sides: 1. There is no drawers for unpacking clothing, if you do not like living out of a suitcase, then this unit may cause you some headaches. 2. The property has 2 parking lots, one is very convenient for this condo while the other is a few minute walk. The close lot is often at capacity, so get expect to walk to your car often.
