Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kalyves Polygyrou

We had a great vacation here. The only thing that wasn't so great was the internet connection. Also on the last night of our stay there were some problems with the electricity due to the storm and rain. Everything else was just fine.

A one-of-a-kind home very comfortable to graze people (there were seven of us with big kids) . Any request was answered immediately . The landlords were nice service and responded to every request immediately. Check all the time we are ok . Take care of the trees for the fireplace and cleanliness during your stay. The house is in a pleasant and calm environment. Rest within driving distance on both sides of the island and not very far from Thessaloniki. We had a stunning and special visit from all the homes we've been so far

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Very good and big yard, perfect for small children

Kostas and his family are truly amazing hosts! He's been very communicative and helpful all the time. The apartment was very well equipped, sparkling clean, with all amenities as described. What stood out for us is something that never happened before in an entire apartment/house booked for a week - in the middle of our stay everything got cleaned, changed towels, bed sheets, etc. That was a really pleasant surprise , which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is also great - on a walking distance to the port of Epanomi, where you can find some nice restaurants and a mini market. It is also 5 min drive to the center of the village and 15 min to Potamos Beach, which is an amazing beach that we have been visiting for a third time and will be coming back for sure. There are also other nice villages nearby and Thessaloniki is not too far away either, so there is plenty to do for a week. Look no further for accomodation in Epanomi - everything in the place is well worth it!

We couldn’t have been any happier! The apartment is very spacious for two people, comfy, well equipped and really clean. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Zacharias even left some food in the fridge for us, which saved our first evening. In general Zacharias was a great and friendly host. He was always easy to reach, gave us some recommendations for the area and even let us stay longer on the day of our check-out as our flights didn’t leave until the evening. Highly recommended!

Place of peace. It was perfect for a much needed decompression! They have a dog and a cat so animal lovers like us can not ask for a more ideal vibe ! Couple of rainy days coud not even disturb the enjoyment :) Thank you Argiris and Anastasia , we'll see each other again soon :)

We had great time at Theodoros place. House is surrounded with amazing nature, lots of Pine trees that smells wonderful. Beach is very close and probably the most beautiful one in entire Kassandra, with white sand and turquoise clean water. House is spacious, has a big garden, very clean and has everything you might need during vacation and even more.. Theodoros is very polite and friendly. All recommendations for this place.

This flat is exceptional. It is very authentic and actually has all the traces of generations that occupied this flat, so you're witnessing history. We stayed as two couples. Having two bathrooms was made our lifes easier. The location is excellent. In the middle of night life, very close to Tsimiski Street, everywhere is walking distance including the new Agias Sofias metro station. That said, it is very quiet without much noise from outside. Stella helped us to check-in, made great suggestions. She was very responsive and friendly. Perfect host! Everything is tidy and clean. Although we didn't have any issues, be aware that the flat is on the third floor and you need to climb 70 steps to get to the flat. The flat is very highly recommended.

It's a beautiful homey place, an older apartment with a lot of charm. A place you want to stay at for a week or so. The entry to the pri ate part of the beach close by is marvelous and all amenities are provided as described. We had a lovely stay and Dimitiris is the kindest host. Highly recommended!

Yoana was such a great host .She left for us fruits and wine.Recommend beaches and restourants in the area. Location is great-2 min from bakery and 5 min from center area.

We had an amazing time at Metaxenia apartment. Definitely was a good value for the money we have paid for.

Cozy apartment near the sea. Everything is in walking distance like shops, restaurants, bars, beach. Although it was very quiet during the winter period, I had everything I needed in the apartment. Having heating in the apartment (which is rare in the area) made the colder winter days manageable on my work trip. Thanos was a helpful and friendly host who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I recommend his place for every season of the year.

This place is a hidden treasure - amazing first line view, empty beach, cozy, comfortable, clean, easy parking. My definition of ultimate relax. Georgios is a great host! We will gladly return next year.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

We (4 adults and three little kids) had a wonderful week at Isavella’s place! Everything was super clean, the kitchen fully equipped, comfortable beds and the terrace and garden were perfect! We explored many nearby beaches and we swam every afternoon in the beach just 2’ from the house, the sunset was very lovely there! I have nothing negative to say, Isabella was very responsive and flexible with the check in and check out hours and Mrs Aleka was so friendly and helpful! Thank you!

One of my great stays in Greece! The host was very kind and responded to all our necessities. Also helped us to accomodate. The place was really clean, the kitchen has a lot of utilities that you can use to prepare food. Also we liked a lot the barbecue area, as it has a roof, so you can do grills even if it rains outside, which it's nice. The fact that the beach was at the back of the house was also a big plus and the hosts provided us things that we can use on the beach (umbrellas etc). Also the house it's a bit private, as it doesn't have very close neighbours which is great if someones wants that. I would go there a second time, that's for sure. Totally recommend!

The best villa we have been into! Amazing location right in front of the beach and great crystal clear water also! Huge garden area gave us the chance to enjoy even more but our kids were the ones who truly had the greatest time there. The villa itself is more than fully equipped and the 4 bathrooms helped so much:) Paschalis, our host, literally treated us like his own family and we couldn't thank him enough. Dimitris is a great host and it was a pleasure to spend our vacation in his sea villa. Everything is as it's written. The house and the garden are huge! The house can fit 8 people and even more, it has all necessary appliances. There is air conditioning in every bedroom. The water pressure can get low at times but it is not a problem. The area is peaceful and quiet except for the stray dogs around. Dimitris was very helpful and gave us advice where to go and what to see. Thank you, Dimitris, and hopefully we'll see you again!

We were greeted with vases of fruit, chilled drinks and water. We immediately felt at home. A beautiful, tidy home with all the necessary amenities, cleanliness and coziness. In the evening we met the sunset on our verandas, and in the morning we could hear the birds singing softly. Stable Internet has helped us a lot to combine work and leisure. And the proximity of a beautiful equipped beach made it possible to endlessly enjoy the incredible sea and sun. our Chihuahua was greeted by a separate bottle of water, a bed, a toy, bowls. Every evening we enjoyed our olive garden, and in the morning we heard the birds singing softly. We went to bed, and Yannis continued to take care of the premises. The kitchen had everything you need, even a toaster and a waffle maker. We are impressed and will definitely come again. This is our best experience.

The stay was perfect - Nikos waited us patiently, even though we were running late. The place has a very nice location, the beach is no further than 20m from your backyard. And yes, you have your own backyard, with barbecue, umbrellas and everything needed for a relaxing vacation. All the terraces from the rooms have a view to the sea and if you need to do some remote work, they have an outlet and good WI-FI. As for what to do around - besides going to the beach, you have some beach bars within a walking distance from you. The restaurants are located in the village of Possidi, on the east side of the beach, but you can always go there by car - it is 5 minutes drive. Also there is a water sports center, right next to the beach bars, so you can go kayaking or paddle surfing, without the hassle to bring your own. Overall, our stay was great. I can only point out 1 drawback - the link between the floors is a spiral staircase, which can be a little narrow sometimes, but it is doable.

A very nice location, a gorgeous garden, well maintained, full of greenery, clean, very well positioned, 3 minutes on foot from the sea. Hosts very welcoming, kind. To mention: In the same yard are the hosts, plus there is a 3 bedroom apartment with a small yard within ( inside) the same locations. Thanks for everything!

The house is beautiful and very clean, located in quite place. Ria is very friendly , patient and smiley. The beach is in 3 min, there are beach bars. The territory of a complex is very clean, green and well-groomed. Absolutely worth spent money 🔝
