Very spacious villa with a great view. The pool was amazing.

The Palm Beach Villa was absolutely amazing! Piyal, the house manager, was waiting for us at the airport, and drove us to the Villa, even tho we arrived early in the morning. There was a wonderful breakfast waiting for us upon our arrival. Piyal and Sujami took such great care of us during the day, and Sumith was there all night, which made us feel very safe. We weren't expecting the high level of pampering we received from the 3 of them. It really made our stay truly relaxing. The Villa and grounds are beautiful! The dogs were an added surprise, and were definitely part of the experience :) The pool was heavenly! The beach was right there!!! and was so beautiful and virtually empty! Watching and helping with the morning fishermen was an experience we will never forget! The location is so private, but close enough to many of the island's attractions. Piyal was a gracious host, driver, and AMAZING cook!!! Sujami was so sweet and helpful. Sumith was great! Will def be back!

We stayed here for a friend's wedding in Bentota. It was an excellent place to stay and relax following all the events associated with a South Indian wedding. The location was a bit out of the way - our initial Uber there wound up charging us extra because we had to go up a dirt road - but Edward was very accommodating and put us in touch with a few tuk-tuk drivers who took us to and from the different events that were planned. He even drove us to an event himself when we couldn't find a ride. The food was also quite good - every meal had a spread of Sri Lankan dishes cooked from locally sourced ingredients. He shared the proposed menu with us and adjusted it after learning that our party had three vegetarians.

Thank you Suren, we enjoyed our last days in Sri Lanka with you! The place is well equipped & you can spend relaxing days here. The sea and shopping are within walking distance. The beach is a dream. Suren, his brother and his mother are incredibly friendly and helpful. Wishing you all the best!

This is a beautiful spacious property in a fabulous location with a sea view to die for. We were a little concerned as not many reviews, but this is often let as 2 homes together. Alexander was swift to respond and communicate this to us. Sam was always responsive and Dinesh was always on hand to look after us. The dogs are very friendly and absolutely no trouble at all. We already love this area in Sri Lanka, and loved it even more staying here.

One of our best holidays . The place was so peaceful and beautiful. The host Isuri and caretaker Shelton are really nice and helpful. We had a very relaxing weekend with our friends. This is really a hidden gem in the busy town of Moratuwa . Thank you !

Great place with super friendly staff!

This is a place for those who want peace, quiet and peace. Sitting on the terrace to drink a delightful local tea and look out over the lovely garden. The house is located 15 min drive from the resort area and beaches. This is very convenient. Only locals are around - friendly and welcoming. The hosts welcomed us like family. We lived for 1.5 months and felt at home.

Had a wonderful stay at the Sea Breeze. The entire unit had A/C, super clean. Short walk to the beach and near a nice hotel if you want to get food. The guard and his wife were so helpful. The garden was lovely and the birds delightful. The house is a few turns off the street so it helped to have a screenshot from google maps to show the Uber or Pick Me drivers. Highly recommend.

A great location to stay.

A home away from home - Stayed nearly a month in Jan-Feb 2025, with family. Ravindra's communication was excellent; prompt and respectful. House - newly built, very spacious, fully functional modern inclusions. The care taker/neighbor was very helpful. Cleaners were available on request. Had difficulty in finding the place initially. Overall we were very happy with the stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Mr.Nayanacha’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Nayanacha was smooth and prompt. specialy his manager mr. deepal is a very kind person with full of hospitality. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect.We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. The owner is a rare person in the area, is sincere and kind.Any questions are also proactive!The house and yard are very beautiful, and in fact it is comfortable without over-service!The kitchen can be used perfectly!There are many fruit trees in the yard, you can also pick some to eat, and if you like fruits, it will be wonderful!Because this area environment is very natural, it is necessary to pay attention to close the windows and doors to prevent insects. Of course, if you like, the host's service will help you clean on time, I like personal time to clean!At first there was some concern about the location of the property as it belonged to a village in the jungle, but after walking 2 or 3 times it can be remembered clearly, the villagers are very kind and friendly!The focus on walking distance from the beach is acceptable!There are also small shops to buy and water on the way back to the village!

The house has the same description and a very generous and emotional family and they love serving the guest at any time I am Emirati I advise any Gulf family to book with them ..
