Would definitely return again to Faahim’s in a heartbeat. The Airbnb really felt like home and all the facilities for my family were great. Faahim and his father are so friendly and we really enjoyed the stay.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. There are separate air conditiors for each bedroom & the living room. Everything was pretty much the same as advertised in the photos provided. We felt very safe there because of the assigned parking lot and the 24/7 security. This apartment complex is located in a very convenient location. Just a five-minute walk to Makumbura Multimodal Transport Centre to access buses and train. Many restaurants and grocery stores in the walking distance. The views from the rooftop were beautiful. The host, Anuruddha was very helpful. He responded quickly to any concerns and questions we had during our stay. Overall, we had an enjoyable time staying at this apartment. A notre arrivée dans l'appartement, nous avons trouvé un plateau de fruits, une bonbonne d'eau, un soda et un litre de lait, de même que le nécessaire pour cuisiner, épices comprises ! C'est suffisamment rare pour le mentionner :-) Il y a une machine à laver sur la terrasse de la cuisine, avec ce qu'il faut pour étendre le linge. La résidence dispose d'un gardien 24/24. Au 6ème étage de la tour, il y a une piscine très agréable, et une grande salle de sport. Il y a aussi un petit supermarché au 5ème, mais nous sommes allés au Spar à côté. Bref, tout ce qu'on est utile au quotidien est à portée ! L'appartement est à 10 mn à pied du grand temple de Gangaramaya.

Amazing Stay with Wonderful Hosts! My stay at Guari and Suhana’s place was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Guari and Suhana were incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions I had. First of all, I want to thank the wonderful landlady Gayani, she did everything to change our stay in Sri Lanka. Very sensitive, kind and caring landlady, we felt at home. One of the best apartments we have visited, an incredibly beautiful place, panoramic windows, the view from the window will delight you every day, birds singing, a great pool and a gym. In real life, the apartments look exactly like in the photos. A little far from the main attractions, but if you love comfort and silence, then these apartments are ideal! We will definitely come again, thank you.

I was in Colombo for work, followed by a vacation with my family. Romesh's place was perfect for my 2 weeks of work in Colombo. The apartment is centrally located close to several restaurants. Romesh and Janak were very responsive throughout my stay. Check in was very easy and Janak welcomed me and oriented me to the place. The apartment is very well maintained with AC in all the rooms, and a good WIFI connection. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, microwave and all the implements for cooking and eating. The location is secure and I had no concerns about safety or security. Hotel Janki is close to the apartment and I had several meals there and use of the swimming pool for a small fee. When I am in Sri Lanka, I normally stay in my own house, which is currently rented out. Romesh's place was as good as staying at my own house. Thank you.

This house is a hidden gem in Colombo. It’s very tasteful and well furnished, with an incredible backyard overlooking the water. We didn’t feel like leaving the home. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Met collega’s verbleef ik in Teal Villa. Dat was een voortreffelijke keuze: we konden vergaderen, presentaties op de TV tonen, hadden ieder een ruime privé slaapkamer met badkamer, konden chillen en zaten praktisch in t centrum van Colombo en toch heel rustig!

Have just spent our 2nd stay here. For us, the garden is why we returned, which is kept very tidy by Velu. So peaceful to relax in during the day, with plenty of varied wildlife to entertain you during the day, especially the chipmunks. Our bedroom was comfortable, bed linen clean, a/c & ceiling fan kept it cool. Bathroom/ shower room ample size and more than satisfactory. Kitchen had everything as described, which includes the washing machine. We spent 99% of our time outside either in the garden or under the spacious veranda. No issue with WiFi. Keels supermarket 4 min walk away which has everything you might need. Good local food outlets, and we have tried them all in the past 2 years with no problems. Best find was Crepe Runner which is well worth the 10min stroll. Felt safe and secure with Velu on hand for anything you might need, together with Chaminder who will pop round at least twice a day, to check that everything is fine. Would have no hesitation staying again.

Second time staying here coz it’s the best place in Colombo. Feels like home, fully equipped kitchen. No traffic noise and just peaceful, but still so close to everything 10mins walk away

The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

This was our second stay at Mayurie’s place, and it truly feels like a second home for our family. The communication was friendly, and the stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended if you're visiting SriLanka for a holiday. It also offers easy access to High-Level Road and plenty of nearby restaurants.

The host's are amazing, super friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and clean, with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for preparing meals, and there is a large TV to relax and enjoy a movie. Excellent supermarket at the end of the street, along with regular buses in all directions. It's quite, the wifi is fast, and the aircon works great when you need it.

Ajith is a superb host who was always available when needed. He was extremely helpful and even took us to a local bakery and bought us breakfast after we arrived early in the morning directly from the airport. Since we were traveling with three kids, we needed an ideal location close to restaurants and tourist attractions while also ensuring safety. This place offered everything we needed for our family.

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

I recently stayed at Chathura Place Borella Apartment, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the super friendly host, making the check-in process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself feels just like a home away from home. It’s well-equipped with all the basic cooking utensils and appliances you might need, allowing you to prepare your own meals comfortably. The kitchen setup is great for anyone looking to cook rather than eat out. One of the most convenient features is the Food City located right under the apartment, making it incredibly easy to get any basic necessities without going far. The space is clean, well-maintained, and offers a cozy ambiance that makes you feel right at home.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war rundum super! Die Lage ist ideal – in nur 2–3 Gehminuten ist man am Strand, und in die andere Richtung gelangt man schnell in die Stadt. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind alle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Zug hält direkt vor der Haustür, und mit Uber ist man in weniger als 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung selbst ist ruhig, besonders nachts, was für erholsamen Schlaf sorgt. Der Check-in verlief völlig reibungslos, und die Kommunikation mit Shiffan war jederzeit einfach und angenehm. Ein echtes Highlight war der Balkon – abends dort zu sitzen und aufs Wasser zu blicken, war purer Luxus. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Very nice and clean apartment at a very convenient location. Just about 100 metres walk to the Mount beach, many restaurants close by and easy commute to Colombo. Unlike many other apartments in Colombo, this is located in a very quiet street. The hosts, Amali and Roshan were very helpful and responsive throughout the booking and the stay. We loved the place. Kids enjoyed the stay as well. We are looking forward to book again for our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Tamara’s place! The house was exceptionally clean, AC rooms, beautifully designed, and fully stocked with all the amenities you could need. The location was excellent and convenient, perfect for exploring Colombo. Tamara was a proactive and incredibly kind host, providing clear instructions and making both check-in and check-out a breeze. Excellent place for a couple or a family of three. It is an independent unit. A huge bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, the single room has excellent air conditioning. It's neat and clean. It is well situated near a number of restaurants, such as Nelum Kole, which is only a few meters away. Everyone, even cab and tuk tuk drivers, is familiar with the well-known Sri Lankan restaurant Nelum Kole. Many supermarkets, vegetable stores, hair salons, and laundry facilities are within walking distance, including the closest large town , Maharagama. During our visit, Sarath's brother in low Gamini and his family next door, as well as his sister downstairs, were an assistance. There were a few necessities when we got there like milk, tea and sugar. Over the last five years, we have stayed in various apartments in Sri Lanka, and this was the nicest one.
