Bright entrance, one double bedroom, a modern kitchen with a welcoming living room that offers views of the garden and forest. On the upper floor there is a large Loft divided in two areas offering a super king bed and two queens bed.

Sommartid går även cykelfärjan till Öland precis runt hörnet. Boendet är fullt utrustad för en bekväm vistelse. Ni har tillgång till mysig innegård, med uteplats och tillgång till grill. För oss är mat och familj prioritet och därför har huset generösa och välkomnande umgängesytor utomhus som väl som inomhus. Med vackra omgivningar, närheten till Borgholm, spännande utflyktsmål och det charmerade Djupvik är platsen både unik och otroligt lätt att förälska sig i.

Stuga vid havet

Charmig äldre rödmålad stuga endast 300 meter till hav och badbrygga. Ligger endast 20km från Kalmar och cirka 15 minuters bilfärd till Ölandsbron. Stor lummig tomt. Nära till vandringsled och vacker natur. Endast 1,5 km promenadväg till större camping, Vita Sand, med fint bad, gatukök och stor lekplats. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår ej. Kuddar och täcken finns. Rökning och husdjur ej tillåtet. Slutstädning står hyresgästen för innan utcheckning.

We own the house and you have access to the whole house plus a very tiny courtyard. The Villa is situated on a corner lot in a calm neighborhood with only 50 meters to the ocean/beach. Välkommen till vårt fantastiska ställe med två stugor, uteplatser i alla väderstreck, privat strand och brygga vid vackra Norra Dragsviken i Kalmarsund! Fräscht nybyggt (2023) fritidshus med egen badbrygga. Huset är ljust och trevligt med badbryggan 25m från huset. Huset har alla bekvämligheter. Utemiljön kommer att uppdateras efterhand med uteplatser och dyl. Vid bryggan finns även en liten roddbåt ifall man vill ta sig en liten tur i den vackra skärgården, kanske vill ni testa fiskelyckan?
