Here you live a stone's throw from the cozy harbor of Sandvik in a newly-built apartment with all the amenities. The apartment is located behind Sandviks Hamnkrog, secluded but still close to everything. In the summer there are restaurants, cafés and ICA Close to everything within a few minutes walk. Swimming areas are within a few hundred meters or you take our bikes for your own secluded place. Öland offers many excursions for those who want to explore the island. After a day at the beach, you can enjoy the evening at the patio.

Beach apartment in 3 rooms and kitchen, 61 sqm, on the white beach in Köpingsvik. The property includes an outdoor pool which is open in summer time. Sea view from the apartment and patio. Private parking space and access to charging area for electric car. Restaurants, beach bar, bakery, grocery store and paddle court are very close. Köpingbbadens camping is located next to where, among other things, there are bikes to rent. If you want to play golf, Ekerum Golf Course is fine, which is 10 minutes away by car.

The entrance features a light green door framed by two windows on either side. A stone pathway leads up to the door, while colorful flower pots adorn the entrance, providing a welcoming touch. The roof displays a traditional red tiling, enhancing the charming facade.

Quiet central accommodation with the world heritage site on the plot.

Here you live literally in the middle of a World Heritage site; in a beautiful 18th century house with the magnificent six-metre high end wall on the plot. The wall is part of the fortification that Erik Dahlberg started to build in 1690. You live in your own small apartment with toilet, shower, kitchenette and you have access to the beautiful garden. If you want to borrow a bike to get around the city, that's fine. The house is centrally located close to attractions, nice restaurants and nice bathing areas.

You have access to two bedrooms, double bed in one and single bed in the other. The sofa in the living room can also be made to a 160cm bed. Beautiful apartment located in Färjestaden, Öland. Fully equipped bathroom, complete kitchen with cutlery, glasses, crockery, pots, coffee maker, etc. Three sleeping places, double bed, and sofa bed. Pool 5x10 meters (heated from May 15 to September 15) Pool maintenance on Wednesday, Saturday. Furnished terrace, sun loungers, gas grill, and outdoor furniture. Only renting guests are allowed to use/stay in the apartment, pool, and pool area. If these rules are not followed, eviction will occur.

It is an open floor plan at the top of a villa that is rented out. Separate apartment door that separates the other floors. Fully furnished and fully equipped - everything is from its own washing machine to cheese razor! There is a double bed and also a sofa bed (space for two) that can be extended. Remember to bring your own sheets and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The apartment is located about 20 minutes by foot from the central station of Kalmar and 10 minutes walk to the sea.

An apartment on the ground floor of a three storey house with high comfort and close to the sea and a pool about 10 meters from the patio . Sea view from the sofa in the living room and also from the patio. Close to two beach restaurants and many walking roads . 4 km to Borgholm by bike path or if you choose a bus into Borgholm, there is a stop about 400 meters from the apartment. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Both bedrooms have double beds and a sofa bed is available.

Great rooftop apartment in the heart of Kalmar. Perfect location for everything. The apartment is comfortable with everything you need. Third floor with a lovely view over the rooftops, no elevator. When you enter from the street, you are met by a beautiful courtyard with an old grapevine. The apartment is nicely decorated and there is a strict smoking ban. The bedroom has a queen size bed. If you are looking for a nice place to stay during the Ironman, this is the right place!
