Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (separate). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove as well as refrigerator. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the open sky. The cabin is equipped with solar cells that provide limited but sufficient electricity for for example, refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/people with disabilities due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

Central location in a quiet residential neighborhood with parking and equipped with sauna, laundry and dryer. You as a guest will have your own private entrance and access to your own patio with garden furniture, parking. The kitchen is well equipped with dish washer. A total of 4 sleeping places, double bed and in a sofa bed in secluded rooms. The accommodation is spacious at 65 sqm. Summertime the space is cool and nice. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Cozy cottage by the sea

Enjoy the sea and nature in our quiet little oasis. The cottage is located on Boholmarna, 15 minutes by car from central Kalmar. Here you have the cottage and the entire lake property to yourselves. There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.

Studio Styrsö

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.
