The apartment is centrally located, in a quiet neighborhood only 500 meters to the Kalmarsund Park's lovely swimming areas/ exercise tracks. The space Bedroom with double bed 180 cm ( 2 single beds 90 cm) In the living room there is a sofa, armchairs, TV and dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, stove, oven and other household utensils. Bathroom with shower. Lovely Balcony with outdoor furniture facing quiet garden.

Centrally located apartment . Close to city center, train station, Kalmar Castle, old town, Sand sculptures, university, grocery stores, playgrounds, swimming area. Close to. Glass kingdom (30 min) and Öland (15 min) by car. Single bed in living room, double bed in bedroom. All equipment is available such as coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave, hair dryer in the bathroom. The apartment is spacious which has been appreciated by previous guests. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. The house is in a unique environment from the 17th century. Many of the houses and sights around the house are very well preserved. The sea is just around the corner where it is also possible to take a swim in the summer. From there you can see the wonderful island of Öland and the Öland Bridge. Cleaning, sheets and towels are included. There is wifi in the flat. There is plenty of parking facilities on the street outside and in the area.
