Apartment vacation rentals in Kålltorp

A very nice tastefully decorated apartment where you feel at home. Very quiet in a residential area close to the forest and the lake on foot and the center of Gothenburg in 10 minutes by tram. Everything was nice and very clean. Jenny welcomed us very warmly and made us feel good. She even provided us with sheets that were not included in the listing as we were coming by plane.

We booked Susanne and Subir's apartment for two months and we had such a wonderful stay. I have absolutely no complaints and would live here forever if I could! The space is lovely and bright, clean, full of greenery, and very comfortable. The area was perfect with kids - lot's of great playgrounds nearby and the Nature reserve was just steps away for forest play or jogging. We had family come and visit us while we were here and they loved staying in the upstairs bedrooms and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel at home. But the best part of staying here is Susanne and Subir's hospitality - they are so kind and so accommodating. They really go above and beyond to make sure their guests feel welcome.

Awesome deal! Stayed for a week and I wish I stayed longer! Hopefully I will be able to come back one day.

A group of us had a great stay here in this lovely homely apartment in a peaceful neighbourhood. It was easy to check in and we found the transport connections fairly straightforward (with nearby trams taking you into the centre in about 15 mins). The neighbourhood is also near the beautiful Skatas park with a lake. Peter and Hanna were friendly, responsive hosts and helped advise us on a taxi company to the airport.

Truly could not imagine a better place to stay for our month in Gothenburg. Kerstin’s place was cozy and thoughtfully finished with all that we could have needed- bathroom and kitchen essentials, comfortable bed, fast WiFi, she even went above and beyond and had a cleaner come halfway through our stay. The location was charming with access to trails and a lake out the back door while still being close to groceries and public transportation to access all the city has to offer. Kerstin was an exceptional host! We couldn’t recommend more 💗

Very good service, everything is very clean. Good reception details, and Daniel was aware of us at all times. The only "disadvantage" is that it is retired from downtown, but it is compensated by the public transport system (tram), which is close to the lodging. It's recommended.

Bright and nice apartment close to Liseberg and Gothia Towers. Close to tram and buses that can take you to the shopping areas of the city in 5 minutes, but also within walking distance to good restaurants. Lovely balcony and very quiet neighborhood. Smooth and smart floor plan with a huge sofa bed. Thank you for the stay and we hope to come back!

The apartment is really nice: large, bright, perfectly furnished. The city center is within walking distance and a large park is just around the corner. The information received is complete and parking spaces are available for booking. Very good communication with Live and Stay.

Fantastic stay, I ended up not being well for one of the days so spent more time in the Airbnb than planned. It was so well equipped, spacious and had a lovely vibe that it ended up being a wonderful stay even though I wasn’t 100% well. One of the best airbnbs we have stayed in and fantastic value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice apartment in central location. Perfect with walking distance after concert at Ullevi. Good and clear communication with the host who was very friendly and accommodating and who responded quickly to all questions.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Magnus and his wife are wonderful hosts. The location (outside the city) is great. There is a tram-stop right in front of the house. Perfect! The tram goes straight to the city center or to the ferries (to visit all the beautiful islands).

Beautiful apartment, in an area easily accessible by bus (bus stop 20 meters away). The small outdoor terrace is very nice, in a quiet residence. The interior is well thought out with all the essentials for our stay! We were even able to wash a little laundry;) We were in a hurry to return the car, but Kristoffer was very nice to us, and I was able to ask her for advice afterwards. I recommend it!

We loved every second there. The vibes are immaculate, being surrounded by nature and the coziest bed ! It’s perfect for a getaway ❤️ We were very satisfied and would love to come back anytime! Just wish it was closer ❤️😂

We were there as a group and everyone found space, even if 4 beds did not have a "secluded" room. The mattresses were quite thin, which is why only light children could sleep on them. Otherwise, everything was on site and sufficient for us. The terrace was super nice and the kids had play facilities outside. Our host Emelie was always available and fulfilled open requests as quickly as possible.

Lovely cozy clean apartment. Heaters work so was warm at night. Check in was a breeze with Peter’s daughter Lili and both dad and daughter are super responsive. Stayed here for a week as it is close to Chalmers university.

Really a gem with a perfect location! Large, spacious apartment with lots of charm. Old and new with a lot of designer furniture. Well-equipped kitchen with "right" things in. 10 out of 10!

The appliances are all newer and updated, everything as advertised. Plenty of pots, pans, good knives, etc to make meals at home. The host was very quick to respond to my questions, which is appreciated.

Good location if u are traveling and have a car. Great views. Very comfortable.
