We had a 4 day family trip in Athens. The accomodation was perfect, the metro station is a few minutes walk in a friendly neighboorhood. The apartmant was very quiet. It had everything we needed which was important as we came with backpacks, we could cook in it as well. It was fully cleaned. Aleksandros was very nice and friendly, responding very soon to my messages, asking us if everything was ok. I fully recommend the accomodation. Thank you so much for let us staying in here! :)

Ολα ήταν τέλεια. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, οδηγίες πως να μπούμε στο σπίτι ήταν σαφής. Εννοείται θα ξαναμείνουμε εκεί χωρίς δισταγμό. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ

Great location, completely walkable around the neighborhood for dinner, cafes, ice cream, bars, wine, snacks, and markets, and quick to get to the metro for tourist attractions in the heart of the city. A less than 10 minute metro back home for a chill environment. This is such a quiet area since you’re below the street and a big bedroom with plenty of space in the closets/drawers, with a storage space in the living room. The smart tv is in the bedroom and regular cable is in the living room. It gets a little dark because of the trees shade in the back, but there are lights to help. No complaints! I definitely recommend.

Super logement, fonctionnel, propre et confortable. Situé proche de moyens de transport en commun et un peu excentré ce qui est génial pour être plus au contact de la population locale. Hôte très réactif et amical.

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement. Nous avons apprécié la qualité (et la propreté !) des lieux et la vue magnifique sur le Parthénon. La communication avec Maria était très fluide et claire. Bref, on recommande chaudement ce lieu pour visiter Athènes !

Really nice piece. Not large but not small either with very nice private terrace to enjoy the Athen’s weather when not out site seeing. The street is small but only a block away from bustling with cafes and shops square with a lot of transportation links. And the subway station is not far. Big plus for me was the underground parking, street parking in Athens is almost impossible. The apartment is equipped for long stays but we didn’t try cooking moussaka. And the host is very responsive and helpful, answered all questions right away and gave us advice on places to visit. Thank you Nik!

We stayed a month in Dimosthenis's place and it was perfect for us. A decent sized modest apartment with everything you would need for a long stay. the kitchen is pretty well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, the TV is recent and pretty big, the sofa was rather comfortable as well. No complaints and a very good price to quality ratio. The best part of this reasonably priced apartment is the fact that is it within walking distance of all major attractions of Athens. The immediate neighborhood feels local, safe, and calm. There are markets, and bakeries nearby. We did not require any assistance from the host during our stay, but communication was easy when we did exchange messages. We'd gladly stay there again if we visit Athens as we felt right at home. Thanks! Athens was incredible and this worked great as a base to explore it.

A fantastic host and apartment. From meeting in person for a remote parking control, receiving a sweet welcome as a delicious surprise, to a nice picture as a farewell gift, Konstantine is one of the friendliest owners I've met in my 7 years of using Airbnb. The house was excellent for seven guests, very clean, and had all the listed facilities. It also had a very generous terrace that helped us enjoy a relaxing time after visiting Athens. Very responsive, providing us with helpful recommendations and addressing any other requests we had. Highly recommended. We will definitely return.

Tout était parfait. Nous avons été reçus et traités comme des rois. Dîner en amoureux loin de la foule Athénienne et profiter du jacuzzi en admirant le coucher du soleil, puis se réveiller le matin toujours avec cette même vue incroyable sur l’acropole sont des moments de vie privilégiés que mon épouse et moi garderons longtemps en mémoire… Merci Agis et Gina ❤️❤️

The apartment was beautifully decorated. Alfiario met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked and gave lots of helpful restaurant recommendations . She even arranged the airport transfers which made everything seemless. Thank you soo much!!

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

Το σπίτι ήταν πανέμορφο, άνετο και πεντακάθαρο,ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, ίσως και καλύτερο! Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική και ήσυχη, ιδανική για ξεκούραση. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός, φιλόξενος και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας και σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Our stay was great! The host was quick to respond to any messages and the location was perfect for walking to different restaurants. The view was incredible as well.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Parfait. Konstantinos est très attentionné. Il est toujours joignable. Et que dire de l'appartement ? Fantastique, vue extraordinaire. 25 min à pieds de l'Acropole. Nous nous en souviendrons longtemps.
