Located on the main road. About 200 m walk to the Vischeringstraße bus & train stop, the A3/A4 motorway is very close. By tram, you need about 11 minutes to the Cologne trade fair, to the main train station and the city about 24 minutes and to Cologne/Bonn Airport about 35 minutes.

Smart TV with Netflix. In 10-15 minutes you can take the city train to the fair or to the city center. Parking in the underground garage is possible. Shopping is available. Aircraft noise is to be expected at times. It's not a newly renovated apartment, so please don't expect perfection.

Overnight stay in a camper (winter-proof)

Since we only go on vacation with our caravan twice a year and it is otherwise only in front of our garage, we now offer overnight accommodation options on a daily basis. By tram and S-Bahn direct connection to Cologne Messe in 15-17 minutes. Electricity, water, toilet and a shower are available. If you want to take a long shower, you can also shower in our apartment. Air conditioning, heating, linens and towels are provided. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

The room can be used independently from the rest of the house. It has a double bed (1.40) and a private bathroom with a shower In the passage to the bathroom you can prepare food. The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.

Welcome to our cosy and newly renovated attic flat. You have your own flat that is independent from the rest of the house. We only share the entrance and the hallway. The Ostheim district is close to the Lanxess Arena and Cologne Trade Fair. The city center and the airport are also within easy reach. All stores for daily needs are within walking distance.

The house is spread over 2 floors. There is a large patio with a lawn behind. The apartment is located in Cologne Ostheim. It is about 7 to 10 minutes by foot to the nearest supermarket, Badener, train station and tram stop. In the immediate vicinity is a bus stop.
