Apartment vacation rentals in Kalimnos

This is an excellent Airbnb and I’d highly recommend it. Nikitas is a fantastic host and went absolutely above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is even better than it looks in the photos, it’s bigger and everything is super modern and well designed. It’s also in probably the best spot on the island, with the incredible view of Telemnos, and some of the best restaurants and bars on the island right next door (including Micki’s cocktail bar, which Nikitas runs with his uncle; and Aegean Tavern, Panos restaurant, and the goat of all gyros places- On The Road). A couple of extra creature comforts not mentioned in the listing: 1. Nikitas has a filtered water tap installed, so no need to buy bottled water 2. Nikitas has a special system on site so you are able to put toilet paper in the toilet (something you’ll almost never find in the Greek islands) 3. The terrace has a remote controlled fully retractable roof, so handy for shade. Overall, excellent!

Niki er en svært hyggelig vert, som var enkel å kommunisere med, og svært fleksibel. Jeg ankom sent på kvelden, men Niki møtte meg personlig ved leiligheten og viste meg rundt. Leiligheten var pen, akkurat som på bildene, og ryddig og ren. Flott beliggenhet, i et flott men rolig område. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake!

Nice location and walking distance away from beach (though scooter helps and you can rent it close by). Much less noise than in Massouri but easy to access climbing crags with a scooter. Hosts were very nice and the apartment comfortable. Veey nice balcony as well

Lovely apartment with all the amenities you need. We really apreciated the water and food in the refrigerator at our arrival provided by Kalliopi. Would recommend.

We had the best stay! The apartment was incredible.. we went all around the island and we both agreed this location was the best! Maria was a fantastic host and offered up local recommendations and was extremely helpful.

Maria is a wonderful host and prepared to do a little extra to make a stay relaxing. The air conditioning in the apartment was very effective for keeping the room cool on hot nights, and the location is convenient for shops, swimming, climbing, the ferry to Telendos, and of course, restaurants. Masouri is very tourist orientated place so if you want a more a sedate location I would suggest trying a another village... but I would stay there again and highly rate Maria. Thank you! : )

Η διαμονή μου,μου πρόσφερε ακριβώς αυτό που ήθελα! Ήσυχο περιβάλλον, κοντά στο κέντρο, αισθητικά όμορφος χώρος,με έξτρα αντικείμενα προς χρήση ή κατανάλωση όπου θα φανούν είτε σε άντρα είτε σε γυναίκα χρήσιμα!! Επίσης οτι χρειάστηκα μου διευκρινίστηκε με πολύ ευγένεια και άμεσα! Θά το ξανά προτιμήσω χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!!

Maria’s place was incredibly nice! It has seafront access, away from the scooter noises, easy parking, quiet, clean, walkable to restaurants and shops. It is also walkable a filter water station, so that was very convenient. We booked Pelagos for a climbing trip, and the accommodation was perfect! Maria and George are very kind people. My partner got injured from rockfall and they rushed to the hospital to help us get home and to a pharmacy. They showed up for us when they didn’t have to.

the room was very clean, beautiful and in a very good location. as well as the owners very kind and ready to provide any help. I highly recommend it

Ioannis' place is situated right on the beach, we were in the downstairs apartment, fantastic outside space and the inside doesn't disappoint either, lovely airy space, great lounge, dining and kitchen space with two good bedrooms and a bathroom Great communication from Ioannis, we met his parents who showed us the property, explained everything about the place and made themselves available for any issues We really appreciated the welcome gifts and thoughtful touches Could not more highly recommend Ioannis' place and Emporios in general - it's just magical!

We had a wonderful stay at Yola’s place. It’s clean, renovated, with traditional Greek charm and views forever from the main balcony and a 4 min walk to town. Yola was very communicative and accommodating from the start. We’ll be back!

What a fantastic stay! The apartment was as beautiful as described and throughout, Venetia kept us well informed and answered all our queries. When we had travel delays, she accommodated us perfectly - thank you! Our stay was great, the apartment clean and tidy and in a fantastic location. We shall hopefully be back! Thermis was such a beautiful host!! Very caring and flexible, I had hurt myself the first morning I landed and had to go to the hospital and she was super concerned for me which was really sweet. Because I had hurt myself and due to the lack of sleep from travelling, we had managed to lock ourselves out straight away... we decided to go for breakfast and upon return we called her to ask if she had a spare key and she came back from her day as soon as she could to let us back in :) HER PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL, tbh I think its better than the pictures. I didn't want to leave, I could have lived there!! Very peaceful, and a lot less touristy. Amazing sunsets every night, 5 steps from the beach, amazing seafood restaurant on the very other side of the beach and only a 35 min walk to Mirties Beach - somewhere with a little more bars on the beach and sun loungers etc. It was hard to get out of the bed every morning due to the views from inside, very cosy <3

Sevasti's apartment was very clean and as described. It felt like home!!! Sevasti started communication since the booking of the apartment and provided detailed instructions and informations. The apartment was available earlier than the check in time and communicated timely by Sevasti. Great location, although looks far from the port/main street with restaurants and cafés, the walk is really nice and the neighbours are extremely friendly and welcoming!!!

Maria's place was clean and well situated for crags (i.e afternoon wall, spartan wall, grande gotta etc. Close enough to walk to Stala's and water. Kitchen was well equipped given that it was only a studio. Great spot for a couple. Balcony would be fun in the summer.

Very friendly hosts! Everything went smooth evnthough we thought we booked an apartment on Kos which wasn‘t the case the island is Kalymnos not Kos (our mistake), Maria always replies very fast and is such a nice person and always helps out. The apartment was like in the pictures, clean and you even have ocean view whilest showering. The rooftop terrace with the whirlpools and sunbeds is great and very cozy to hang out in the sun. We only missed an umbrella for some shade and a cool down option as it was very warm during the day in the sun and the whirlpools are not refreshing for a cool down as the temperature is around 37 degrees. In the later afternoon/evening the hot whirlpools are very nice to have. We enjoyed our stay and in the end we were happy to have stayed in Kalymnos and not Kos. Would love to come back again.

This Airbnb is a 10/10 and arguably the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. First of all would like to thank Aggeliki for being the best host we could ever ask for. She waited until 3am in the morning due to a flight delay for us and bought us milk, bread and cheese for the morning. She went above and beyond our expectations including sourcing a baby cot! She really made us feel at home. She included beach towels, blankets and even toothbrushes as part of her many amenities at the place. The pool area and the view is absolutely stunning. The pictures don’t do it justice. The price to stay here is worth it just for this view and pool. We never wanted to leave and often would spend the whole day here with hours just passing by. The room itself is wonderful - nice kitchen to make meals, big comfy bed and a lovely bathroom. I’m usually quite critical but I couldn’t fault this place one bit. The other reviews are 100% accurate. We will be back!

This was by far the most luxurious and modern Airbnb we have experienced. Maria was gracious, friendly, and attentive. The unit was exceptionally clean and well kept. A few maintenance items were noted. The beds were firm but comfy. The private spa was a wonderful bonus. Our family members stayed nearby in hotels but were envious of our choice. Whoever designed it thought of everything. I will dream about our stay for years to come.

Όλα ήταν άψογα!το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες με υπέροχη βεράντα!!! Άνετα κρεβάτια! όλα πεντακάθαρα! επίσης είχε στα ντουλάπια της κουζίνας και στο ψυγείο ό,τι χρειάζεται κάποιος για το πρωινό του και όχι μόνο....κάθε είδος καφέ και ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, πλυντήριο, καθαριστικά, σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρο και πολλά αλλά! είχαμε την επικοινωνία που θέλαμε και την εξυπηρέτηση απο τους ιδιοκτήτες!!! ευχαριστούμε!!!!

This apartment looked exactly like the photos and had an amazing view and walk along the ocean was right downstairs

We had a very nice stay in Stavros' home. Full of greek character and charm and plenty of useful kitchen items and toiletries included. Lovely 360 views across the city of Kos and beyond. Stavros was always on hand if needed and even kindly drove us to the bus stop to get our airport bus. Flat was located within short walking distance to harbour and bars and restaurants. A nice stay for two people - we enjoyed our time in Kos.
