This very comfortable resort provides 2Swimming pools and 2jacuzzis and Free bike rent and so on. The spacious studio has a comfortable Cal king Size bed with a private full bath. The roomy fully equipped kitchenette. We don't have a hot plate but offers you a dishwasher, Airfly,Electric Skillet, Omelet & Frittata Maker, Mini toaster oven and all kitchen stuff and there are many outdoor BBQ area. We stayed for 10 days. This unit was located between the resort community of Princeville and Hanalei on an easily accessible road. It turns out the location was very convenient to Hanalei (where we spent much of our beach and surf time) and the local Foodland ($$ but well stocked with local produce, Poke, etc). Princeville proper is a resort community and if one wants access to beaches there, parking is available at the golf course ($) or a few very small public parking areas. The unit is quite comfortable with ceiling fans and screened windows, two comfortable bedrooms and a nice bathroom. The kitchen is great for eating in with excellent stove, refrigerator, quality cookware, flatware, and utensils including wood ladles and spatulas for stir fry, etc. Parking is right outside. We spent our time surfing in Hanalei Bay, bird watching (Kilauea Lighthouse), and hiking (Napali coast Kalalau trail, and upper Waimea Canyon). Limahuli Botanical Garden near Haena State Park is really special.

We had an amazing time at Nat’s place. The location was perfect: easy walk to the beach and beautiful path along the cliffs. The description and pictures were exactly what we found upon arrival. Very clean and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. Next time in Kaua’i, will definitely return and will recommend to family and friends. Nat was very responsive and helpful with precise instructions upon check in and out. Thank you Nat!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Kapa’a! The ocean view from the lanai was absolutely stunning — the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or unwind at sunset. The condo is spacious, beautifully laid out, and equipped with everything we needed. The amenities were great , and the grounds are meticulously maintained, with lush landscaping that really adds to the Kauai vibe. There’s also a nice small beach just steps away, and close to a great walking path just north of the property. The location in Kapa’a couldn’t be better, centrally located, within walking distance to many places, and easy to explore the entire island of Kauai whether you're heading north or south. The hosts were wonderful to work with — responsive, helpful, and truly made us feel welcome. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Kauai!

We had a wonderful, peaceful 4 nites here with everything we could have needed. Matt answered all our questions. The welcome guide was outstanding. Our room, although small, was comfy and well-stocked. We appreciated the free use of the laundry also. Kapa’a seemed like a nice, centralized location to visit all the other areas of the island. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Kauai.

I really like this condo! I nearly missed it due to one low star review, so I’ll be very honest to help other guests. If you’re very very fussy on hygiene, you may want to choose Sheraton resort who has very clean carpets but a small room. I’m picky at cleanness too and I think here is clean enough to stay comfortable. The furniture and decorations bear some marks of time, but still very stylish and lovely. Here in the yard you can see whales, turtles and sunsets with little birds. You could enjoy sounds of tides in one bedroom or enjoy quietness in the other bedroom. You will have plenty plenty plenty of space here! I also met a power outage once, but it came back very soon. I was watching whales and I found out when the neighbor came out and asked. When I was texting the host, the electricity just came back on. I think if you stay here, you could not only trust the host but also the office here. Their stuff work hard on maintenance like pest control and cleaning bbq area.

We had a fantastic, comfortable stay here and we were so glad we found this place! Clean, modern space with a big kitchen island, large balcony, air conditioning, and plenty of space in the living room. Fit and finish was top notch and modern. This really met the high bar of quality that I look for in Airbnbs. Excellent communication from the host throughout our stay; we really appreciated that Brendan was responsive and proactive in checking in with us to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Nearby Poipu Beach was fabulous and towel rental was included, as was entry into the sports club nearby. Lots of restaurant options a short drive away at the resorts in Poipu as well as Kōloa Town, where there’s also a supermarket. Easy checkin and checkout. Highly recommended.

The home was as advertised. Plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. The lania was great for coffee in the morning. The location was great. The community pool, hot tub, kid's wading pool and gym were right across the street but we didn't hear noise from the pool area. It was about a ten minute walk to a shopping mall with restaurants, bakery, Starbucks and other stores. The ocean was a quick drive or about a 20 minute walk away. We had two small problems that the property manager corrected the same day we notified him.
