If you want to have a true Hawaiian experience; you should stay at this place. Absolutely amazing views, the sea just outside your house. The apartment is well equipped and so wonderful decorated. At arrival there were some snacks and candy on the table. 😃 We enjoyed the XL balcony in the morning, enjoying the view with a cup of coffee ( coffee and tea is also provided ). And we liked it so much that there are no windows ( except the doors to the terrace) it’s all shades so you experience the ocean breeze in the house. Shower is great. Parking in front of the building. Shops and restaurants at walking distance. We are definitely visit this place again. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay, and would absolutely stay again. The views are gorgeous, and easy access to such a beautiful beach was the highlight for me. Our kids enjoyed all the amenities, and we appreciated how responsive and thoughtful the host was. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, and the treats and coffee waiting for us the first day was a bonus on a lovely stay.

Jim's place was beautiful and had a gorgeous view. There were many amenities, including an old record player with hawaiian vinyl records. We really enjoyed that added touch. It has a great access to a beautiful sandy beach and a nice walk down Poipu Beach to Brennecke's beach to see the turtles. There are restaurants, Starbucks, grocery stores and shopping a short drive away. We had some trouble finding the building number and the neighbor on the bottom floor paid us a visit to tell us we were walking too loudly. (Grouchy Renter) Overrall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at Jim's place again.

This place was perfect. The bed was comfortable, and the space was just right for two people. The views from the room were fantastic, and the property is meticulously maintained. There's an outdoor kitchen just outside the unit and an incredible pool. The beach within walking distance has plenty of shade, great swimming, and a nice beach bar. You can even arrange for a bellman to pick you up so you don’t have to walk the steep trail back. Hanalei is a fun town with amazing food, just 15 minutes away. We were a little nervous after the first night because our neighbors were loud, but we didn’t hear them again after that. Overall a fantastic stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-located. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We really enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities the resort had to offer. It was very quiet, felt very private and safe. Jen was a great host, very responsive and so welcoming to our family. The lagoon view resort retreat was great checked all of the boxes for our family of three. It was centrally located to everything on the east side of the island. We fell in love with Kaua’i and will be back. We highly recommended staying at Jen’s place.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and Alex’s place was great for our stay! The place was clean and close to many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to get coffee across the street and eating at the local spots. It was well stocked with anything you’d need for a beach day. The mattress in the master bed was also a little stiff and I wish it was closer to the beach or had a closer beach view, but it is within a few minutes walk of a nearby beach. Overall, it’s centrally located in the south shore and I’d recommend to stay in this place!

We had an amazing stay at Viet’s. It wasn’t just the beautiful interior and view of the ocean, but they had anything we could have needed for our trip to Kaua'i. Binoculars, beach chairs, beach towels. The Cliffs has amazing amenities and has different activities / vendors throughout our stay. Best of all, Viet was timely in her responses and thorough if we had any questions. If we came back to Kaua'i, we would definitely stay at Viet’s again!

Our stay at Shari’s place exceeded our expectations. The location was great, her home was very hospitable, and the large rooms and high ceilings were an added bonus. She left very clear check in/out instructions and gave us some great recommendations. We felt safe and at peace and can’t wait to return to Kauai’s beautiful north side!!

We split our nights between this Airbnb and the 1 Hotel to save money, but we should have just stayed here! Beautiful views, spacious, and comfortable. The Hanalei Bay service and pools are not as nice as the 1, but this unit was stunning. We loved having our breakfast on the patio and looking over the mountains and bay. Note that you still need to pay resort fees and parking fee (appx. $75/day).

This was an absolute perfect spot for our stay on Kauai! The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook meals in the condo. There was also a gas grill available for our use just outside the condo and we really enjoyed that also. The bed was super comfortable and the pull out sofa was great for kids. Also appreciated having a washer and dryer. We never used the athletic club membership but the pool area is fantastic with a great view of the ocean. The hosts were extremely responsive to questions and the welcome basket was a very nice touch! 10/10 would stay here again!

This is my favorite place I’ve ever stayed in Kauai; I wish my stay was longer. The proximity from the beach to the main road made getting around so easy, and while being near all the major resorts, I still felt I was in my own home. The inside is beautifully decorated, and I appreciate the reusable water bottles/beach bags available to reduce waste. I cannot recommend a better place to book for a trip in Kauai. Such a beautiful place! My family and I had a wonderful time here. The host was so accommodating and the space was perfect for our family of 6 (including a toddler). We would absolutely come back and book this place again!

Beautiful place and location…spend the week on the large lanai soaking in the sound of the waves! House was well stocked with both kitchen supplies and beach supplies (chairs, wagon, toys, boogie board) which made a beach vacation with 4 little children very enjoyable and easy! Loved the outdoor hose to spray off the sand after a day at the beach and the outdoor shower was an added bonus! A few of the overhead fans could not be turned up from a low setting making it quite warm on some of the nights -a few box fans/portable fans would help significantly to move around the house when it gets warm but otherwise everything was amazing and would stay here again!

Such a lovely place to stay for a couple of days and unwind. The condo was well kept, clean, beautifully renovated, quiet and luxurious. The grounds were immaculate. Laura was such a wonderful and attentive co-host from the initial inquiry, to the booking, to arrival, through final checkout. We truly enjoyed our time in Princeville and Hanalei and are looking forward to our time back in the near future. Mahalo!

We really did enjoy our stay here, it was easy to check in and it’s about a mile away from some very delicious restaurants and shops. The rec center is down the street and the pictures are as described. Brandon is very responsive and quickly answers your questions and gives useful information. The cottage was quaint, clean, and very cozy and relaxing. It was very clean, however I did have an issue with some things that weren’t thoroughly cleaned and wiped down. I’m very particular as I’m very allergic to dust so I mentioned this to Brandon and he offered to have his cleaner go back and fix the spots that weren’t thoroughly cleaned missed. However it wasn’t anything major as I’m just picky. The kitchen and bedrooms were immaculate and looked brand new. There are tons of supplies in the house and in the garage, which I loved. Brandon was so kind, due to this issue the owner came by and gave my kids candy and a book to read. It was very thoughtful and sweet. Overall great experience.

A slice of Paradise! A gem in the treasure trove of Princeville. We had everything we needed and wanted. It exceeded expectations & photos. The exercise equipment at the club house was well furnished. The whole complex area is extremely well maintained. Very pristine & private. Beautiful furniture inside and on lanai. Kitchen very well stocked and had laundry soap/dryer sheets available. Many extras…drip coffee maker, aluminum foil, cooking oil/spices, refrigerator with ice, use of beach chairs, towels, etc. Extremely clean & comfy! Laura- onsite contact was very helpful, kind, & communicative. If you want to experience the essence of Hawaii & Aloha… this is the place for you. We have been to Hawaii on 6 visits & this is by FAR the BEST place we’ve stayed in! Thank you so much Cynthia for sharing your gem with us! We definitely want to return to your slice of Paradise again! Words cannot convey our gratitude for the incredible experience & hospitality… Mahalo!

Absolutely beautiful! A wonderful place to stay with all the amenities you could ask for - everything down to finite details made this place a peaceful place to stay. We will be back.

Beautiful home - probably could handle two families with kids. Old School Key versus digital entry. Beaches are about 20 - 25 minute walk from house, closer by bike. Very beautiful landscaping, made it feel very private despite being in a neighborhood. Upstairs bedroom had no shades so my wife and I slept downstairs, very comfortable beds and stout AC for sleeping.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house in Princeville, Kauai. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were absolutely incredible—waking up to the lush green landscape and ocean in the distance was a highlight of our trip. The host was friendly and very responsive, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. We truly felt at home here and appreciated the peaceful, scenic location. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and take in the natural beauty of Kauai!
