Vielen lieben Dank! Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat an Nichts gefehlt! Um zum Strand zu kommen braucht man allerdings ein Fahrrad oder Auto. Auch sollte man verschiedene Strände in der Umgebung ausprobieren, um für sich den „Richtigen“ (z.B. Sand, Stein, Café, Sportangebote…) zu finden.

Wir haben zu Viert unseren Familienurlaub in Milans Unterkunft verbracht. Die Außenküche, der Pool , der gesamte Außenbereich war unser Hauptaufenthaltsort. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der sehr ruhigen, ländlichen Umgebung sehr genossen. Milan war stets ansprechbar und für jede Hilfe sofort zur Stelle. Sicherlich könnte man das ein oder andere in der Küchenausstattung erneuern oder gar ergänzen, so fehlt zum Beispiel eine Kaffeemaschine oder zumindest ein Kaffeefilter. Abgesehen davon war unser Urlaub sehr gelungen und die Unterkunft von Milan hatte daran einen großen Anteil!

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön. Katharina war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Meer liegt zu Fuß 2 Minuten entfernt und befindet sich direkt neben einem tollen Restaurant. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen vor Ort. Es hat alles super geklappt und die Besitzer sind sehr nett.

Huset är perfekt för större sällskap som söker en lugn och behaglig plats att tillbringa sin semester på. Vi hade stora förhoppningar på boendet på förhand men blev trots det än mer positivt överraskad av platsen och alla bekvämligheter som fanns på plats. Bibinje är en mycket mysig by precis utanför Zadar, med bra restaurang utbud, bageri och mataffär. För den som vill bada i havet är det endast en kortare promenad. Kruno som värd får högsta betyg, ständigt hjälpsam och mycket trevlig. Han hjälpte oss med allt från transport till och från flygplatsen, tips om restauranger samt utflykter att genomföra. Summan av kardemumman är detta ett toppen boende med en toppen värd, hit skulle vi gärna komma igen! // Ingrid & Familj

Myself and a group of friends visited Marijana’s place in June - we chose this house because of the great value compared to similar properties nearby. We were so pleased with the whole experience - the house is massive and spotless, and though it is a little out of the way, it affords a bit of peace and quiet. In particular we liked the size of the kitchen, the pool, and the outdoor cooking area, and the views of the nearby national park. I’d highly recommend this property to a family or group of friends.

Neven ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer gut erreichbar und setz freundlich war (auch im Vorfeld). Der Check-in war reibungslos und wir haben von Neven sogar eine Willkommensschüssel mit Kirschen aus seinem Garten und einen ersten Vorrat an Getränken bekommen. Auch waren alle notwendigen Utensilien zum Kochen vorhanden (Öl, Essig, Zucker, Salz und Pfeffer). Wir haben von Neven auch super Tipps für unsere Bedürfnisse geschickt bekommen. Der Pool war warm und sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft ansich ist total schön und man hat komplette Privatsphäre. Niemand konnte zu uns in den Garten reinschauen. Auch der vorhandene Gasgrill war super. Bis mittags hat man sogar Naturschatten, danach muss man sich mit Schirmen behelfen. Wer nur in der Sonne liegen mag, kann das aber jederzeit machen. Von Neven wurde uns zudem auf Nachfrage ein Babystuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Sollte es uns wieder in die Gegend verschlagen, werden wir diese Unterkunft gerne wieder buchen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft, sie hat eine fantastische Lage direkt am Meer und ist auch an heißen Tagen schön kühl. Olivera hat uns herzlich Willkommen geheißen. Da wir ohne Auto gereist sind, hat uns Olivera netterweise bei der Ankunft von der Fähre abgeholt und uns bei der Abreise auch wieder dort hingefahren. Die Insel und der Ort sind traumhaft schön!

Eine schöne, gemütliche Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend. Alles war genau wie in der Beschreibung und die Anreise + Check-In einfach. Der Strand nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, Supermarkt, Bäckerei, etc. direkt nebenan. Ana ist eine super freundliche Gastgeberin, der man anmerkt, dass sie das ganze mit Herz macht. Sie antwortet schnell und hatte super Tipps zur Anreise, Transport, Umgebung. Ganz klar eine deutliche Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

We enjoyed waking up to the view of the sea and sound of the waves, really beautiful location that is not far from a couple of restaurants and cafés. The apartment and kitchen had everything needed, and the hosts were flexible with the check-in and check-out time :))

Ana und ihr Mann waren sehr nett von Beginn an. Das Haus war wunderschön, besonders der Whirlpool hat es uns angetan. Die Lage ist super, man läuft 5 min zum Supermarkt und 10min zum Strand und hat auch eine tolle Busanbindung nach Zadar. Insgesamt war es ein richtig toller Trip !

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt bei Gloria. Sie hat immer schnell geantwortet, auf Nachfrage Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und die Familie, welche man auf dem Grundstück traf, war ebenfalls äußerst freundlich. Wir würden es jedem empfehlen.🥰

Wunderschönes, topmodernes und blitzsauberes Ferienhaus mit toller Ausstattung. Terrasse mit Meerblick. Super freundliche Vermieterin. Hier hat man perfektes Urlaubsfeeling. Würde jederzeit wieder hierher kommen.

Marko’s place has everything mentioned in the listing. A small, nice apartment perfect for 2 people with all accessories from washing machine to an amazing TV. Marko’s family is very nice; they offered us cheese and ham, crepes, fruits. You have your private car parking space. You don’t have the sea view, but you can explore the amazing coast; in 30 minutes by car you can experience wild, peaceful places on the sea even in August.

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

I don’t think words can do justice to our experience at Senka and David’s place. The apartment was stunning - you can really tell that the owners care about their guests very much because the apartment is amazingly well equipped and absolutely spotless clean. The proximity to the beach was also perfect. But the best part about our stay was Senka ❤️ She was so attentive, making sure we had everything we needed, she offered recommendations for places to visit/eat at and even brought us some homemade Dalmatian food to try. We really couldn’t be more grateful for such a wonderful stay and for dear Senka who made our stay even more special. We will definitely be back!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

Pobyt u Hosta był wspaniały. Luka i Neno to gospodarze, u których pobyt to czysta przyjemność. Są bardzo responsywni i szybko odpisują na wiadomości, do tego są pomocni i bardzo im zależy, aby goście czuli się dobrze. Mieszkanie jest perfekcyjnie czyste — za to ogromny plus. W okolicy jest też bardzo dużo miejsc spacerowych. Bardzo polecam zatrzymać się u nich podczas pobytu w okolicy.

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich etwas ganz besonderes, extrem groß insbesondere die riesige Terrasse, die jeden Support bietet. Wer etwas über Land und Leute erfahren will, ist hier genau richtig. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Ganz besonders haben wir die unterschiedlichen Aufmerksamkeiten genossen, mal gab es kostenlose Eier, von den freilaufenden Hühnern, dann frisch geerntet Kirschen oder Knoblauch. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Nika Marias kleines Haus ist gemütlich und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zum Wohlfühlen. Wir waren drei Erwachsene, Elternpaar u Tochter, und ein kleiner Hund. Das war perfekt. Die Küche war besonders gut und modern ausgestattet, vielleicht etwas wenig Arbeitsfläche, kleiner Esstisch. In Fußnähe am Strand sind zwei tolle Restaurants - Taverna (Reservier. nötig) und Niko (äußerst zuvorkommende u fröhlichfreundliche Bedienung) - was uns gerne aufs Kochen verzichten ließ. Nika Maria kontaktierte uns immer zeitgerecht, um uns nötige Informationen zukommen zu lassen und reagierte sehr flott und zuvorkommend auf Nachfragen unsererseits. Sie sorgte mit ihrer herzlichen Art dafür, dass wir uns gut entspannen konnten. Wir genossen ein paar tolle Strandtage am türkisfarbenen und glasklaren Meer. Die Innenstadt ist sogar ohne Auto erreichbar, da der Bus direkt von Diklo wegfährt, der bis lang in die Nacht fährt, was das mühsame Parkplatz Suchen im schönen Zentrum Zadars erspart. 🫶

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Martin! Bereits am ersten Tag wurden wir herzlich mit einer Etagere voller Fleisch, Schinken, Käse, frischem Brot und Donuts begrüßt – eine tolle Geste, die uns sofort das Gefühl gab, willkommen zu sein. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr groß und perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit vier Personen. Besonders schön fanden wir die Möglichkeit, in einem Raum zu kochen und im anderen zu essen, was uns ein unglaublich heimisches Gefühl vermittelt hat. Für Grillfans steht auch ein Outdoorgrill bereit, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Einkaufen ist ganz unkompliziert im benachbarten Ort Benkovac möglich, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Zusätzlich hatten wir ausreichend Möglichkeiten, uns nachmittags auf dem Gelände zu beschäftigen, denn es gibt einen kleinen Minigolfplatz, eine Dartscheibe, einen Tischkicker sowie einen erfrischenden Pool, die für viel Spaß und Abwechslung gesorgt haben. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft von Martin nur empfehlen!
